Rodrick pushes towards you, his hands finding their place on your face, in your hair, over your hips. You want to question his actions towards you, but there's something telling you to forget it. You know the feeling. It was the same one you had when kissing him last time. Your stomach was doing somersaults in a butterfly field. You were excited, anxious, but overall, you were blissful.

His pushing into you forces you to begin to walk backwards until the back of your legs hit his bed. You try to brace yourself with one hand so you don't fall from the force of Rodrick. He instead pulls you back into him, not wanting to break your kiss. In one motion, his mouth still connected to yours, he grabs the backs of your thighs and lifts. He now was holding you in your kiss. Holding you fiercely, he moves towards the bed. He lies himself down, while you were on top; your knees on either side of him, effectively pinning him down.

You pull away, forcing yourself to sit up. You watch him in confusion and he does the same. Both of your heavy pants fill the air, along with your heartbeats pounding. Which is what you should be doing right now instead of staring at each other.

"Did I do something wrong?" He asks, still laying down, his head propped up by his pillow. You continue to straddle him, but now as you sit on his lap, you can feel his hardness underneath. Just like last time. And since you were no longer in the water, you could feel the wetness in yours.

"No," you get out, your breath still trying to catch up. "I need to know something before we continue on." The words struggle to get past your lips. Your heart felt like it was going to leap from your chest. You were worked up from the kiss, but something else was propelling this racing heart of yours.

"What?" The concern etched into his brows made this harder for you. It was something so stupid, really.

"After everything went down last night, I spoke with Rowley." Was this the right moment to bring this up? No, probably not. But you needed to tell Rodrick.

"Okay, slightly weird to bring up your cousin while we makeout..." A look of discomfort on his face.

"No, listen." Your hand slaps onto Rodrick's chest as you try talking with him. "I spoke with him and he wondered why I would be with you. I mean he said sometimes you're nice, but most of the time you're a jerk." You shrug your shoulders as your eyes open wider, trying to let him down gently.

"Ouch." he says, jokingly.

"I need you to know that your assumptions about me are wrong. I am not like the Jeffersons, okay? I am a bad person. I'm a self-centered narcissist who hurts people. I just mask all of that using this nice exterior." Your hands absentmindedly point to all of you.

"You do have a nice exterior. Hot exterior, actually." His hands go to your hips and let out a soft squeeze.

"Rodrick, I'm being serious. I don't want you entering into anything that's going to hurt you. I don't want to hurt you, but it's going to happen." You firmly tell him, hoping he was understanding.

"You don't think your words last night hurt? You've already hurt me, we are past that point of no return." he raises his eyebrows, still joking. Why wasn't he being serious with you?

"See? I'm confused about that too! How can you kiss me right now? How can you even forgive me?" You try to get off his lap, but with his hands on your waist, he firmly holds you down.

"Who said anything about forgiving you? No, the way I see it, I am owed for your rude transgressions towards me. You on top of me, kissing your lips... I want to keep kissing you until I forget those things you said." You feel his thumb slightly pull your shirt up, exposing the skin. His thumb rubbing circles into your hip almost makes you want to forget everything, even your name. You watch as his eyes focus on your hips, still on top of his.
