The day went by. It was evening now. Karan and Tejasswi were waiting to know the details of the number, that goon called. Tejasswi was hoping it not to be what she was doubting. Karan was praying to God that Teju's heart shouldn't be broken again.
In the meantime, Karan gets a call from Ajay Uncle(Inspector).
"Hello uncle"
"Beta...is Tejasswi there?"
"Yes she is here only. What happened?"
"Vo actually...vo number ki details aa chuki hai. It says that some Eliza Bernard is the owner of that number. Does she know somebody of that name?"
Tejasswi was listening to them. After hearing the name, she took a sigh of relief that it was not her mother. She nodded her head indicating she had no idea of who that person was.
"No uncle, she has no idea about it"
"Its ok, we will investigate and pressurize them to reveal who they were sent by"
"Thank you uncle, bye"

"Teju, don't worry. Uncle will find out who these people were sent by and I am there with you in every step. "
"Karan , I want to go to college tomorrow."
" What? It's not safe Teju."
" I can't live in fear. I can't live in a house. I don't want to miss any chapter of my life. I have my performance in a few days, I don't want to miss it. Moreover, you are their for me right. Nothing will happen to me. I promise, I'll always be with you. "
" But how is this..."

"It's ok, let her go. "
Karan heard his father speaking. So he didn't speak anymore.

"Let her go. You are a brave girl. And don't worry, my people will have a check on her in civil clothes. I'll do all the arrangements. They won't be able to get to you. "

" Thank you uncle. "
" It's alright. Go live your life. "

Tejasswi leaves from there and Karan was not happy with their decision.
" Dad, this is not right."
" Sunny, you can't hold her back for a long time. Eventually, she will do what she wants. It's her right. Instead, you should think of the alternative. Don't worry, nothing will happen to her."
"Ok dad, as you say"

The next day, karan and Tejasswi went college. Karan was a little scared, so was Tejasswi but she didn't want to live in fear.
She directly went for her practice. Everybody was already present there. All of them were happy to see her there, and asked about her well being and then they started practicing. While she was inside practicing, Karan stayed out of the room, waiting for her and keeping a check on her time to time. Tejasswi noticed him and smiled seeing how much he cares for her. She completed her practice and came out and hugged Karan.
"You know Karan, jab tak tum mere sath ho, koi mera kuch nahi bigad sakta. "
"Is everything alright?"
"Yes, finally, after such a long time, everything is alright Karan. With you, everything is perfect. "
" Are vaah, aj bada romantic ho rahi ho...kya baat hai?"
"Huh...mai sach bol rahi hu karan. "
"Ok ok... Ab class me chale?"
"Sure"

Karan holds her hand and they went to the classroom where Sam, Amy, Dane were shocked to see Tejasswi there. Sam immediately asked,
"Teju aren't you supposed to stay indoors?"
"Sam...I am but I don't want to."
"Yeah, madam chose to show courage at a very wrong time. "
"And you Karan, aren't you supposed to take care of her?"
"I know, but she was adamant plus my dad, Ek to mujhe ye nahi samajh ata ki do din me isne mere mom dad dono ko hijack kar liya hai...vo meri nhi isiki baat sunte h. "
"Accha enough sam , I missed you guys so much...come give me a hug"

Sam hugged Teju. She forgot everything else. Even amy and dane hugged Teju. She was very happy to be back to her tribe. They attended their classes and Karan brought her back to home safely. Everything was smooth as butter.

"See, nothing happened Karan. I am safe and sound. "
"Yeah, but I don't want to take any chances. By the way, when is your performance ?"
"It's two days later. "
"Ok. "
"You will be there right?"
"Ofcourse, that's not even a question. I'll be the loudest cheee for you. "
Tejasswi blushed listening to him. She looked at him and wondered what good she did to have a man like him in her life. She prayed to all her gods, that this man should always remain happy and they should always stay together no matter what.
