august slipped away into a moment in time, the autumn crisp entering the air. gilmore girls season was here.
ally and niall had spent the day curled up in bed, penny snoring away at the bottom.
the puppy had settled in great; all of her injuries had subsided and she was as happy as can be, always playing, always smiling.
niall had been spending most of his free time in ally's home, he even had most of his clothes in her wardrobe, yet they haven't taken the step to move in together.
while watching guardians of the galaxy, ally's phone began to ring, the familiar name jane popping up.
"hello," she said wearily, thinking they have found out about their real relationship.
"alora, we have so much to talk about," she started. "first, congratulations to you and niall."
ally's face became stricken with shock. "how did you know?"
"i know everything,"
jane began to talk about ally's next movie anyone but you that was set to come out next summer, ally nodded along, happy she didn't have to do any reshoots until the new year when it was warmer in australia.
"there is one more thing," she continued. "marvel have decided to give iris her own movie."
ally just sat there in shock, her mind running crazy at the news. well, until niall gently shook her and she let out a small scream of excitement.
"marvel want to give iris her own movie? what? that's crazy holy shit!" she rambled, jane eventually calming her down to tell her more details.
"the only thing is, tom is going to be in it," jane said hesitantly.
"fuck."
soon, the call was wrapped up, ally still in shock over the news.
"okay first," she began, turning to niall as penny made herself comfortable in her lap. "i'm getting my own marvel movie!"
"jo that's great! i'm so proud of you," he spoke bringing her into a bone crushing hug.
"but tom is going to be in it," she continued despondently once niall had let go.
"oh darling, come here," he said as soon as her eyes fill with tears.
"why is he everywhere. i thought i just got rid of him," ally sobbed, all the memories of the past few years resurfacing.
once she had calmed down, she immediately fell asleep, the crying really taking it out of her.
"it will be okay, jo," niall whispered, his heart breaking at the sight of her crying.
