Lucifer is alive, going to a safe place. The phoenix will watch over me. I will come back as soon as I can. Love you all, Abhi.

Arjun could not get the message out of his head. Abhi was missing for six hours. Every attempt to trace his footsteps went in vain. Someone had taken a lot of trouble to make sure every trace was wiped off.

Abhi had left his phone and watch in Andy's room. They had no trace on the boy. Andy was trying his best to retrieve the data from the CCTV cameras. Someone had wiped it clean. They could not even point a time when Abhi left the hospital. Karan had scanned every inch of the hospital and surroundings. There was no sign of any struggle. Even the receptionist confirmed that the boy did not look distressed when he handed over the envelope.

Everything depended on Andy. Only the CCTV footage could give them a fair idea of what happened. For someone to have wiped the entire footage for the day screamed of danger. They were not dealing with armatures.

It set off alarm bells, but what made matters worse was the message itself. Abhi believed that the Phoenix would watch over him. How could the phoenix do that when he was in the dark. He always thought that the boy was smart, he did not expect Abhi to walk away. Ash was distressed, Roohi was turning the hospital upside down, Andy refused to listen to reason. His family was falling apart and for the first time Arjun did not know what to do.

He needed his Bhaiya by his side. Their family needed him. If his bhaiya was there, he could have gone to him for advice. Abhimaan Rajwanshi always knew what to do. The face he so loved was fading from the memory. He had held on to a beacon of hope, refusing to let go of the man he loved, but the wait seemed to never end. He could only pray that his trust was not misplaced.
