My mom and aunts helped me to get dressed in my wedding attire. They got me dressed in my off shoulder sweetheart neckline white lace dress that I paired with my silver heels. I accessorized with a pricey silver wedding jewelry set. And they did my hair in a chignon and pinned in the veil.
After getting ready I checked myself in the mirror and then we went into the limousine that waited outside for us. We were getting married on the beach- Berle Beach. It was a private beach with crystal blue waters, palm trees and white sand. It was beautiful.
When we reached our destination, the chauffeur opened the door for us. Then my mom and aunts helped me out the car. As if on cue, my dad met us as we came out the car. We've gotten closer after our meeting and he was to walk me down the aisle. My mom was happy that we finally had a relationship.
After my mom and aunts took their seats it was time for dad to walk me down the aisle. I looked straight on Marlon as he walked me down the aisle. Finally I reached him.
"Take care of her." My dad said as Marlon took my hand.
"I will."
"You look beautiful." He whispered to me.
"You look handsome yourself." He was in a white jacket that had a white shirt underneath with a black bow tie. Also he had on a black pants and his leather black loafers to go with his suit. We went with the traditional black and white theme for our wedding. After our small exchange the ceremony began. We said our vows with tearful eyes and we were happy to be proclaimed as husband and wife. Then came the part to kiss the bride. Marlon was surely taking advantage of this opportunity. He only stopped when the audience started to clear their throats. Our wedding only had a few guests- my parents, aunts and cousins. No one was there for Marlon.
I was elated to be finally married and as we walked down the aisle
to head to the reception I looked at the pricey diamond wedding ring on my finger.Marlon drove us to the reception next door. The place was as beautifully decorated as the beach. At the reception we danced, ate and had a great time.
