At work, Marlon told me to meet him at the Italian restaurant across from the firm at 7 pm sharp. According to him, he was a punctual fellow.

I got dressed in a pair of black baggy cargo pants, a black halter top with my black jacket and black shoes. I accessorized with my simple gold jewelry set and wore a crossbody black bag. I decided to dress casual and not formal in order to not give the wrong impression.

At 7 pm I made it to the restaurant and his chauffeur was letting him out of his limousine.  As he exited, he saw me and came over to me. Upon reaching me he greeted me good night. He was in his regular black suit attire. It seems he didn't wear any colour besides black.

I replied to his greeting and then he led me into the restaurant. The reservationist acknowledged him and led us to an area in the restaurant where no one else was. It seems like some private room.

Before we took our seats I asked him, why did he booked a private room. According to him he loved the private rooms at restaurants and we could talk feely without eavesdroppers.

I guessed he loved the private rooms at restaurants because he didn't want to mix with people below his class. I didn't bother to bring that up though.

As we sat we were served waters and given the menu books. I took a sip of my water and stared around while he read the menu. I didn't want to read it and choose anything, I'll eat whatever he orders for me. I didn't want to choose anything and hear I was choosing something too expensive though he could afford it.

He ordered our food and as soon as it came we began to converse. I asked him the first question.

"How am I different?" I asked.
"I find myself confiding in you more than my family and friends, though you're like a stranger to me."
"So you're telling me that you don't confide in your family and cronies as much?"
"To be honest, no."
"So, you don't have a lady to confide in?" I asked, thinking of the girl I saw him with.
"I have a lady, just not one to confide in."
"How so?"
"You know, I really don't want to talk about her."
"What do you want to talk about then?"
"I want to know you more."
