After we found out that I was pregnant, I did my scheduled checkups at Doctor Lin's office. During the fourth month of my pregnancy I found out the genders.
We were elated to be having twins. We were going to be having a boy and girl twin. I didn't want any gender reveal as I hate surprises but we were going to keep a baby shower.
As we found out the genders we started to shop for the babies and we also decorated their nursery and a playroom for them.
Pregnancy has changed me a lot. I slept a lot at work and sometimes I didn't show up as I felt weak. I woke up super early and sometimes I woke Marlon up to keep my company. He was with it at times but at other times he complained of being tired and needing rest to go to work. Also I had weird cravings that Marlon tried to satisfy to the best of his ability.
When I was seven months pregnant we decided to keep our baby shower. My parents, aunts, cousins and our employees were in attendance. They brought multiple gifts for the babies and a few of them thought of me.
"What are you going to name them?" one of our employees asked me.
"Jacob and Olivia." I replied smiling. It was a task for us to decide on names but we both love these names.
"Lovely names." He replied before turning away.
For the rest of the night we had fun playing many games, eating and laughing.
