Due to Beca's sickness, the Bella's had to postpone their graduation trip. They were going to go to a cabin in the woods for a week or two to kick off their final summer together before moving out of the Bella's house. When Beca got sick, however, their plans had to be bumped back slightly. Now that she was better, exception to her slightly raspy voice and lingering cough, it was time for their trip.

Beca sat on her bed, suitcase wide open with nothing in it yet while she sipped her coffee slowly. It was 5:30 in the morning, way too early for her to be up. Chloe had woken up, tucked into Beca's side like normal, and insisting they get ready to leave.

Chloe was packing her own things while expecting Beca to be doing the same. But the brunette was too busy trying to wake up.

"Becs, you all packed yet? The rest of the girls are in the living room ready to go." Chloe said as she walked up the stairs to Beca's room.

"Almost." She lied, gulping down the last of her cup.

"Beca, you haven't even started." Chloe said, resting her hands on her hips.

"Sorry, I was trying to wake up." She said with a sniffle. Chloe knew she still wasn't 100% better, so she took pity on the girl.

"It's okay, sweetie. I'll help you." Chloe said as she made her way to Beca's closet.

"How long are we going to be there for?" Beca asked as she threw a t-shirt in the suitcase.

"I think 9 days. Make sure you pack some warm clothes, because it's supposed to be pretty rainy."

The two finished packing Beca's suitcase and finally made their way down the stairs to find the rest of the girls. Some had their suitcases next to them while others, Fat Amy, were already eating the snacks reserved for the bus ride.

"Let's get going, girls." Chloe said, grabbing the bus key and throwing it at Amy.

Everyone loaded their things, being mindful that it was still very dark outside, before hopping onto the bus and finding their seats.

Beca was curled up in the back, a blanket wrapped tightly around her shoulders as her head rested against the cold window. Chloe made her way back there and found her girlfriend already trying to fall asleep.

"Becs, wake up baby." Chloe whispered, brushing some hair out of her face.

"I am awake." She said with a sigh. "Just resting my eyes."

Chloe chuckled, knowing anytime Beca said that she would be out like a light within minutes.

"Your eyes had all night to rest. You can sleep later. We're going to stop for breakfast soon anyways." Chloe said, sitting next to Beca.

"Fine." Beca grumbled, giving Chloe a grumpy look that made her giggle.

The sun began to slowly rise as the girls made it to McDonald's where they would eat breakfast. Beca tried her best to stay awake, drifting off only a few times. Chloe made sure she was entertained, giving her an earbud to listen to or trying to start a conversation, which was hard considering Beca absolutely wasn't in the mood for talking yet.

As they pulled into the parking lot, the girls all hopped out and made their way into the building to place their orders.

Chloe laughed a little when Beca ordered 2 black coffees along with her meal. Chloe then went to place hers, until Beca insisted on paying for her girlfriend. Even if she was grumpy in the mornings, she still had a soft spot for her girl.

Everyone quickly ate their food before heading back to the bus, stretching their legs a little to prepare for the 6 hour drive north.

The first hour in, Beca was still tired and a little quiet as she sipped on her coffees. Majority of the Bella's were doing their own thing. Reading, coloring, talking on the phone, or chatting quietly amongst themselves. Chloe, however, was busy watching her girlfriend slowly become more conscious and aware of her surroundings.
