Jocelyn stood in front of the mirror, carefully touching up the last bit of her makeup. The floor-length yellow silk gown she wore clung to her figure, accentuating the tan lines she'd acquired from days spent in the California sun. The gown shimmered in the soft light of their hotel suite, and Jocelyn admired the way it looked.

Behind her, Paige was struggling with her tie, the black silk fabric refusing to cooperate. Her sharp black suit was slightly marred by the crooked tie, and her frustration was evident. Jocelyn noticed Paige's struggle through the mirror and decided to help.

"Here, let me help you with that," Jocelyn offered, stepping over to Paige and gently taking the tie from her hands.

Paige exhaled in relief as Jocelyn began to adjust the tie. "Thanks, babe. I don't know why I can't get the hang of this."

Jocelyn smiled and expertly worked on the tie. "You look amazing, you know. I'm so glad you're here with me today. I know your game today was probably important."

Paige looked up, her eyes softening as she met Jocelyn's gaze. "I'd never miss it. Being here with you is way more important than any game."

Jocelyn's heart fluttered at Paige's words. "I think i'm just falling more and more in love with you," Jocelyn said, her voice full of affection. "I never want to fight ever again."

Paige's eyes softened, and she brushed a stray lock of hair from Jocelyn's face. "I've missed you too. It's like everything falls back into place when I'm with you."

Jocelyn's smile grew as she finished adjusting the tie. "There, perfect. You know, one day, I can't wait for us to be getting ready for our own wedding."

Paige's face lit up with a smile as she pulled Jocelyn into a hug. "Me too. It'll be perfect, just like today."

As they stood together, the warmth and love between them was undeniable. The moment was filled with intimacy and affection, a beautiful reminder of their deep connection.

Suddenly, the phone rang, and Dove's name appeared on Jocelyn's screen. She answered with a quick "Hello," and after a brief exchange, Dove's voice came through with a hint of urgency. "Jocelyn, I need you to come to Adam's suite and help get him ready. We're running short on time."

Jocelyn's face softened with understanding. "Got it, Dove. I'll be there in a few minutes."

After hanging up, Jocelyn turned to Paige with an apologetic smile. "Best woman duty calls! I'll be right back?"

Paige nodded, her smile reassuring. "Of course. I'll be right here."

As Jocelyn walked out the door, Paige let out a sigh of relief. She immediately reached for her phone and dialed Stella's number. The phone rang a few times before Stella's voice answered, laced with amusement.

"Are you seriously calling me during a wedding, Bueckers?" Stella teased.

Paige chuckled softly, trying to keep her voice low. "Yeah, Jocelyn just left to help get the groom ready. I needed to check in with you."
