Next time I wake up, I panic when I feel the bed is empty and cold but then Lizzie's soft humming puts me at ease immediately. I lay there awake for a little bit until my stomach growls back at me letting me know I need to feed myself.

I sit up and notice neatly folded clothes at the end of the bed. I can only assume they're for me since Lizzie is in the shower and she must have her clothes in there with her.

I don't think much of it, I just slip on the shorts and tank up, I walk up to the unzip gym bag on the floor hoping to find an extra hairbrush, last night after my shower I forgot to brush my hair and now it is a fucking mess, matching my fucking brain, I guess.

I hear the water turn off and I feel my anxiety peeking, will she lash out and reject me or will she hug me and kiss me good morning? I wait and wait, sitting on the bed picking at my nails but the door never opens, I don't know how long I stayed here for, bouncing my leg at a million miles per minute.

The sunray sneaking behind a small gap between the curtain and wall calling me towards the balcony again. I slide the big ass curtains to the side, letting the sun fully enter the room but blinding me instantly.

"Fuck," I grunt, I guess I should have thought twice about that before opening the curtains altogether.

"Y/N?" Lizzie calls out and the bathroom door opens.

Out of focus, I'm just standing still, then close my eyes tightly.

"I can see you, you know?" Lizzie softly giggles.

"Well, I can't. The fucking sun blinded me." I complain, rubbing my eyes so hard that it leaves me seeing stars, stumbling a little.

"Wha- never mind, come sit down. Let your eyes adjust." I feel her hand gently grabbing mine and I let her lead me back to the bed.

"Good morning," I smile, after a few seconds.

Lizzie is standing in front of me, brushing her damp hair, looking even more heavenly than ever. The fresh Lavender scent taking over the whole room and I wouldn't mind this for the rest of my life.

"Morning," Lizzie smiles, bending over kissing my cheek. "Your phone is fully charged over there." She points to the night stand on the other side of the bed. "Ash found it at the dinner table last night and gave it to me, I forgot to tell you last night-"

"Thank you, you're the best." I cut her off, reaching across the bed for my phone. I don't want to hear her mention last night.

"Check out is not until 11, so you still have a few hours if you want to sleep more." Lizzie walks back into the bathroom.

"I'm okay-" I start but wait until she comes back out to continue. "I'm actually starving and kinda want a macha latte." I tell her, as she is packing her stuff into the gym bag. Her neck snaps back when she hears me say I want a macha latte a small smile creeping out.

"And a number 7, one slice of cheese only." I add, smiling widely.

"Okay, stop making fun of my order!" She chuckles, going back into the bathroom, but this time I follow her.

"Need help, my love?" I offer, not missing a beat.

"Uh no-no I mean, I am done here only needed this." She holds up her electric toothbrush, blushing hard at my words.

"I'll get the rest of the stuff in there, then we go get food?" I walk out not giving her a chance to reject me.

I quickly gathered everything from the room and placed it in the black gym bag, the only thing left is Lizzie's heels by the bed. "Are you wearing your heels?" I half shout with a hint of amusement in my voice. She is wearing running shorts and a t shirt.
