"Lizzie?" I call, unsure which direction to go. "Lizzie?" I call again, a bit louder this time.

"Y/N?" Lizzie's voice comes from down the hall on the left. I see her head poking out and I run in her direction. "Wh-" she doesn't get to say a word. I push her into the room, closing the door behind me. My lips crash against hers instantly, taking her by surprise but soon enough she is kissing me right back. The kiss is short but oh so sweet.

"Thank you for the flowers," I smile against her lips. Cupping her face, her cheeks feel warm. "Are you good? Do you feel okay?" I bring the back of my head to touch her forehead. It feels rather warm, even more than her cheeks.

"Sunburn," she confesses, and even with her already red cheeks I see a small blush growing.

"My little Lizzard turning into my little lobster," I tease, kissing her nose.

"Stop, not you too," she moves away from me, not impressed by my joke. "Stupid Aphids," she pouts, and I can't help but kiss her cute little pout.

"Why are you here?" She sits on the bed, and I sit next to her.

"Kim sent me to get you. She said you and Cheryl planned this?" I knit my eyebrows together. As far as I remember they were calling each other mean names.

"Cheryl. I just told the twins it was your birthday and mentioned the girls needed the house." She is playing with her rings, a sign that she's very anxious.

"Come downstairs with me?" I place my hand over hers, stopping her from fidgeting with her rings.

"I don't wanna-"

"Please? For me?" I cut her off, intertwining our fingers.

"This morning you couldn't get away from me fast enough, and we both know why that was," she lets go of my hand.

"No, I-"

"Don't lie, but we won't discuss that because we both know it'll end in an argument, and I don't want to ruin your night."

"So you'll come downstairs? It's my birthday?" I smile big, my teeth showing.

"Suuureee," she giggles, pushing me but before she can get away, I grab her arm, pulling her back a little too hard because we are now laying on the bed, she's on top of me. "Orrrr we could stay hereee?" I run my thumb over her bottom lip.

"Nope," she kisses my thumb and gets off me. "I'll be right down, just gotta moisturize my face again," she scrunches her nose, touching her burnt cheeks.

"I have something for that," I try saying in a seductive voice but end up bursting out laughing at her shocked face.

"In MK's room? Y/N!!!" She hisses but I find it hilarious. I'm grabbing my stomach laughing so hard no noise is coming out of me.

After finally calming down I notice Lizzie has gone into MK's bathroom, the door is ajar so I pop my head in. "Can I at least get a kiss, since birthday sex in not on the menu?" I close my eyes and pout my lips together ready for a kiss.

"What has gotten into you!!" Lizzie giggles but soon I feel her cold hands on my face, forcing me to open my eyes in shock. "Cold cold cold," I say but she's not letting go of my face.

"Yeah you need to cool off," she tuts but leans in to give me a small peck.

"More," I pout, and she again leans in. This time it's an actual kiss, her lips pressing hard against mine, her cold hands long forgotten. I try to deepen the kiss, but she pulls back. "There's a whole birthday party downstairs for you, missy," she taps my nose quick before walking towards the sink counter.
