Here it comes, the final chapter.
Do shower it with all the love, you can 😇😇😇
He had been awake for a few minutes, awaiting the woman of his life to wake up. Well that's what he hoped and there she was. And yet he didn't know the right way to say that.
"Good morning!" She muttered to him, moving closer, hiding her face in his chest.
Siddharth closed his eyes, as she placed her lips at his chest. Oh! he wanted to feel that everyday. He wanted to see her everyday, talk to her everyday.
"Shehnaaz?", he asked, pulling her out of his chest.
"Yes, sir!" She played along his serious expression
"Do you remember my apartment at hills?" He questioned while she looked at him.
"Yeah, the one where you lived with your wife?" She teased.
"Ex-wife! " he corrected, and then shook his head, "Not that one. The other one, the one...." he stopped and a playful smile flased across his face and that was when Shehnaaz recalled the one he was talking about
"The one where I had asked you to spend a literal night with me and you ended up spending a metaphorical one too!" He teased.
She blushed, that was where it had all begun at. "Yes?" She replied, not getting his point.
"I want you to move in there. " he spoke and looked at her. She looked calm, " i
I want to do this right, and do it everyday I want to see you every day and I want this " he spoke with his fingers moving to and from between them, that he had picked from her habits, " I want to lead this somewhere, one day I would want you to marry me. That's how I see it. But jab tak woh hoga, I want to keep seeing you everyday. This place, the people would talk have issues with us meeting like that. Toh I don't want an issue. Move in there, mom bhi paas hongi and you too!"Shehnaaz looked at him as he spoke that, one look at him and the other at her daughter. "I can't possibly afford that place!" She spoke, a subtle way of letting her fears and reluctantace be known.
"Rent? " he remarked, raising his eyebrows at her, "Abhi bhi rent? Is rishte me bhi rent? " he spoke, getting up, as he looked at her.
They had been through a long journey and now that they were here, he had expected her to understand a little. Had not her being stubborn cost them so much time. "Tum itni resistant kyu ho? I want something for us and tum aise kyu resist kyu karti ho. " Shehnaaz looked at him, his tempers changing quickly. He had always been quick with tempers, but then she understood the place this reaction of his came from.
"Shehnaaz, I want us to be together. I want you with me, and I want to work in that direction, tu meri ek baat toh sun le!" He was hurt, he had almost feared her reaction. He was aware of their realities, especially the fact that she had a daughter, and that was enough to scare him, but he tried. He had no clue of the way back to her, but he tried to find a way.
"I didn't mean that, Sidharth. I couldn't decide in a go...." she was speaking when she saw Siddharth walk out of the room. And Oh! that annoyed her.
"Where are you going? Gussa kyu ho raha hai. Maine kab mana kia? " she walked after him, trying to soften him a little. She knew he was scared, a little angry, and a lot more confused.
Sidharth looked at her and shook his head. "Mai ghar ja raha hu..Baad me baat karte hai!" He spoke, pulling his clothes out of the closet.
"Sidharth you can't run away like that. Baat kar rahi hu na mai....Gureet hai, mai hu aise ek minute me faisle kaise le lu..." she spoke. Slowly losing her temper at him. She had long forgetton, how easy was it to lose tempers at him. Oh ! And the memories came flooding her head.
