All of the seniors are currently sitting in the auditorium. It's an assembly for college, in January we looked into and applied for colleges.

Me and Capri haven't spoken about that yet... But i'll bring it up.

After the assembly I had a softball game later that night.

Basketball season was over that god for that.

"Ladies I hope you're fully nourished for tonight's game. If we win this, we could be one step closer to state I'm proud of you guys." My coach said.

After the pep talk the game started. I looked to the bleachers and seen Capris family, my family, and Kourtney along with Kevin.

Right now the score was 32-31 My team being in the lead.

It was my turn to bat. This pitcher was throwing strikes and fast. I was on my 2nd strike but I was determined to hit this next one.

She went to pitch, I swung the bat one hit it all the way into the outfield.

I ran all the way around the field, As I was in the middle of making a home run the 3rd baseman had the ball. Now I was caught in the middle between 3rd base and home.

As they kept throwing the ball over me to see which one can tag me out 3rd base dropped the ball, so i took my chance and ran home.

I slid just in case making sure I tagged home.

By the time I got myself up, My team was running out of the dug out. Meaning we just won.

After cleaning the dug out, I finally went to my family.

"Congratulations baby." My dad said bringing me into a hug.

"Thank you dad." I pulled out of his embrace.

"I'm so proud of you butterfly." my mom kissed my cheek.

After we dropped everyone home it was still early, only 7 so I decided to spend like a hour with Capri before going home.

I changed into some of Capris clothes and sat on her bed. Now deciding we should talk about what happens in our future for college.

"Ri we need to talk." I said pulled her attention away from her phone.

"Yea what's up?"

"College... What's happening with that?" I asked.

"Nothing I mean, if we go to separate colleges it shouldn't be an issue to stay in touch, we communicate with each other and make it an priority to still talk to one another we should be fine." She explained in the most soft voice.

"Yea I mean but what if life gets in the way?"

"If life gets in the way, and we happen to break up there's not much either of us can do, I Know we'll try our best to keep 'Kalpri' alive but if we don't then... We'll just wait until we find each other again." She took the hand with the promise ring on it and held it.

"Okay baby. I Love you... So much." I said leaning on her chest.

"I love you too My Love." she kissed the top of my head.

"Everyone can you come here." We heard Capris dad say from the kitchen.

"I think he's about to introduce Eli and Kay to Macklynn." Capri said standing from the bed.

We made our way to the kitchen and sat down in front of her dad and Macklynn.

And soon enough Eli and Kay were out there with us.

"Yes dad?" Eli asked with a little bit on an attitude.

"Okay so before I say this, i'm not trying to replace you guys mother... I'm not trying to replace my wife." Her dad started but stopped to take a breath.

"Okay? so dad what are you saying?" Kayden ask eying her dad up and down.

"Um okay so Macklynn isn't my friend she's my girlfriend." Her dad Very nervously said.

"Oh." Kayden said and straightened her posture.

whenever Capri feels the need to make per presents known, or feels uncomfortable she straightens her posture and I realized Kayden also does that.

Steven looked at Eli who did really say anything and Kayden who looked like she had an attitude.

"So... how are we feeling?" He asked.

"I think i'm going to go... Nice meeting you." Macklynn said I guess she felt the energy.

She got her stuff and left.

"How I'm feeling is why the hell you would bring her here before even preparing us for something like that?" Kayden said loudly after Macklynn left.

"Kayden..." Steven started but Kayden cut him off.

"No do not Kayden me, you should've given me time before even telling me something like this..." She scolded him.

"I'm sorry I just... Okay I understand why you don't want me with her... I'll break it off." Her dad sounded so defeated.

"No dad it's not that, I just wish you given me time to process you dating someone who isn't mom. I want you to be happy i just need time so i'll be in my room." Kayden stood up and walked to her room.

Kayden has always been emotionally mature, so it's not a surprise she handled the situation as well as she did.

"Well Eli?" Steven looked at his son.

"Well, I agree with Kayden, you should've prepared us. I'm fine tho and i'm happy for you." Eli finally said something.

After that awkward talk I had to go home.

Capri dropped me home. I went to open up the door but Capri locked it.

"No goodbye?" She asked me.

I rolled my eyes, "Bye."

I unlocked the door but Capri locked it back, "No goodbye kiss?"

I huffed not really in the mood for her games, I leaned over the middle console and pecked her lips.

I looked at her and formed a fake smile, "Better?"

"Nope, let me show you a real goodbye kiss." She softly grabbed my neck and bought my lips to her.

When our lips met I tilted my head to the side to give her more access, her tongue entered my mouth. Our tongues both fought for dominance but Capri won that fight.

She sucked on my bottom lip then sucked on my tongue. When she let go of my tongue she pulled back.

"That's a goodbye kiss." She unlocked the door for me.

I pressed my lips into a straight line. "Goodnight." I said blandly and got out the Car.

When I got in the house, I showered did my night routine and went to bed as soon as my head hit the pillow.

If I wasn't exhausted I wouldn't be able to sleep without Capri next to me, but I was exhausted and happy to be in bed. Plus Capri was on the phone with me so I had to make do with what I had.
