The dance

So Friday crept on us fast, Capris dad dropped everything off to my house. And him and kayden's siblings stay at my house since our families are close to say the least.

While me and Capri where in my room and i was doing her make up, I wasn't going to do too much because she didn't want me to do much.

While doing her make up it was quiet and the air was thick with tension I couldn't find to put my finger on. I noticed that every chance Capri had, she was either looking at me or making eye contact with me. It made me nervous.

"Ok Riri i'm done with your make up be careful when putting your clothes on" I instructed Capri.

I left my room to go to the bathroom to finish my makeup. When I was done I seen Capri laying on my bed in her nike sports bra and I couldn't help my eyes that landed on her toned stomach and defied V-line.

She looked so good I questioned our friendship for a second.

But i shook my head at the thoughts and said, "Why aren't you dressed?"

she looked at me, "I needed help putting on my shirt if i didn't want to mess up my makeup".

I sighed "ok get up and lift up your arms". She did as I said, I tried to steady my breathing but I was so close to her and I felt her dark eyes on me but didn't dare to look at them.

I tried to stretch the shirt with my hands as far as I can and slow out the shirt on her. I succeeded and looked up at her to tell her she can finish getting ready.

But words couldn't form as I stared right into her captivating eyes. We held eye contact until she blinked and said "Thank you Kaykay". She walked to my closet which held the rest of her suit.

I put my dress on and we were soon ready to meet up with Kevin, His girlfriend and Kourtney.

CAPRIS POV

I felt the tension and I knew she did also, that's why she was avoiding my stare, but she looked so good, smelt so good, she looked so good having sex with her wasn't even a thought in my mind.

When she was done putting my shirt on is when she finally met my eyes, and it made my body stiffen, but I couldn't keep my eyes off her, until I realizing we still needed to get ready, so I cleared my throat and said "Thank you Kaykay" and kept getting ready.

Soon we were walking downstairs to meet Kayden, Elija, My dad, Ariel, Kayla, Mr & Mrs. Oliver.

We all got In Kaylees parents car and as we where driving to the school. we stepped out the car realizing we was at the school, kaylee finally spoke and said "You look beautiful Capri" Which made my eyes dart to her and her expression was softened with a smile in her eyes. "You look breathtaking Kaylee". As soon as those words left my mouth her eyes lit up as she pulled me into a warm hug with my hands on wrapped around her waist and her arms wrapped around my neck. I leaned into her touch and thought ~I could be in her arms all day~ until we were interrupted by my dad and said "Ok well we need to take pictures and get y'all inside" we let go of one another know one of our parents caught a picture of us hugging so passionately.

We took pictures and went into the gym there the party was held. I talked to Kevin about what happened at Kaylees house while Kaylee was talking to her friend Kourtney.

KAYLEES POV

"Ok Kourtney should I make a move on her tonight or no?" I said while drinking some punch. "And you look so good" I said admiring my Friends dress.

"Kaylee I think you can make subtle gestures to her you know but are you sure you have feelings for her? And Thank you look good too" Kourtney said while eating fruit.

"Yes I'm positive I have feelings for her, she so pretty If i could i'd plant so many kisses all over her body and face, but if we do date what if she takes my Virginity? what if it's not as good as those other girls? Kourtney what if-." Kourtney stopped me "Kaylee your over thinking it, do you see yourself? your beautiful you can pull anyone you want so breathe and don't over think it."

I did as she said and just breathed. "I think im gonna go dance" Kourtney nodded at me, and On my way to the dance floor I seen Kevin, his date and Capri. Except Kevin and his date were dancing which left Capri 3rd wheeling.

"Capri dance with me" I said and her eyebrows shot up. "Of course anything get me away from these two" she said rolling her eyes at Kevin, which made Kevin flick her off.

Me and Capri danced to the upbeat music except my back was pressed against her front moving our hips against she music while her hands where on my waist.

I looked over to Kevin who seemed to be giving Capri a knowing smirk. That caused Capri to shake her head.

Until our eyes snapped to Veronica eyeing me and Capri dancing.

"So I see you guys are happy" Veronica said with a condescending tone

"What do you want Veronica?" Capri said stepping away from behind me to stand beside me.

"Well I wanted to talk to you Capri I hope y'all aren't together " Veronica said eyes me slightly

"We aren't but what do you need?" Capri said annoyingly

"Good y'all aren't together because I want you back Capri I still Love you"

That statement it's self make my blood boil.

I never really liked Veronica and that game me one more reason not to.
