So close But So far Away

The next couple of days were dreadful. I woke up in the morning with a heavy heart and I absolutely hated that. I wasn't able to sleep or eat unless Capri was next to me. She's been helping me with a lot since it's become hard for me to do simple tasks.

My parents made Capri go home yesterday so we can have 'Family time' which was nice. I Love my family so much. I understand why made her go home. No one has really been interacting with one another.

My mom has fallen into a depression, she's been in her room I haven't seen her much. Kayla and Ariel haven't been out of their room. My dad is the only one who's been trying to get us together.

I Know that we're going to be okay, it's going to take time. Especially for my mom, she lost her mom. I Know if I lost my mother I wouldn't be able to live.

But luckily they allowed Capri back over mostly because today's had to have been the worst day. AKA the funeral.

I was in the closet almost in tears when I felt Capris arm around my waist pulling me closer to her. She kissed where my neck a shoulder connected. "You're going to be okay. I Know today is going to be a hard day but you'll get through it." She softly said.

I've been crying all morning. I feel embarrassed that Capri is seeing me like this so I hid my face from her.

"Don't hide your face from me Leelee." She out her finger under my chin lifting my head up. "I'm not judging you. I'm here with you baby."

I nodded, "Yeah." I hugged her tight. She gave me a tight squeeze and we melted into eachother.

"Okay- okay I need to finish getting ready." I sniffed and pulled away from her.

"That's okay take your time My Love." She kissed my lips before letting me go.

The color scheme of the funeral was purple since that was her favorite color.

My dress was a deep purple that stopped below my knees. It was a sheer flowly dress with thin straps. On my feet I wore the same color heel. My make up was natural with a clear gloss. Today was the only time I took off the chain with Capris Initial. I replaced it with a necklace my grandma got me. And my ring was the promise ring.

Capri who looked beyond beautiful had on a deep purple dress shirt with black dress pants with Black Cats. Capri had on her usual jewelry.

"Kourtney is calling." She looked at my phone that began ringing. "I don't want to talk to her."

"She's worried about you. Talk to her." She softly said. I still refused, "You talk to her."

Capri answered the call, "Shes not really in the talking mood."

I heard kourtney sigh, "Okay. I know shes around you so I know she hears me. Kay We love and miss you. Take your time babes."

"I miss you." Kevs voice called out.

"She loves and misses yall too."

"Alright update me later." Kourtney said capri said a quick 'Okay later.' before ending the call.

Me and Capri walked out my room to see everyone gathered in the kitchen talking.

"I'll be back." I whispered to her before letting go of her hand and walking to my mom and sisters.

"Hey Mamí." I said approaching her.

She gave me a weak smile, "Hi butterfly."

I didn't say anything, I just hugged her. Causing Ariel and Kayla to join in the hug.

My mom sniffled, "Okay. I'm not trying to mess up my makeup."

"Okay." I chuckled. "I Love you girls. So much." My mom said and started to tear up.
