Tonight

For the next 2 days I played sick. But in all actuality I planned to ask Capri to prom.

I was on the phone with Kevin when I made my way to school.

It was lunch when I arrived.

"Shes in the bathroom right now so we have some time." Kevin informed.

After about 5 minutes I stood at our usual lunch table and she finally walked towards me. Well everyone surrounding me.

"Kev what's going on?" She pushed through the crowd.

Once she seen me her face lit up, She took a moment to read the poster that read

I handed her glitter roses that I had made and the poster, soon after she was wrapped in my arms going to firm but soft hug.

While everyone clapped I heard her whisper in my ear, "Your getting fucked tonight."

"I'll be waiting." I whispered back and we pulled away from the hug.

We walked into her house after school, "How was the prom proposal today girls?" He asked.

"It was... Really sweet." Capri smiled.

"That's good. I'm happy for you guys." He smiled.

"Is macklynn coming over?" She asked.

"No, but the kids are warming up to her."

"I know i've seen them bonding it's so cute."

"Yea i'm happy that they're bonding."

"Where are they though?" Capri asked noticing a very quiet house.

"With their friends Kayden is spending the night at your house."

"Let me guess you're going with Macklynn?" Capri sarcastically asked.

"Yep. Yall have the house to yall selfvs." He replied.

Capri looked at me with a slight smirk. "Alright."

"I'm leaving around 5." He checked his watch.

I checked my phone looking at the time, 3:30

I let out a quiet sigh. I know 5 isn't far but I just don't want to keep waiting for this.

After Capri and Her dad finished talking about whatever was being spoken about, I was really zoned out thinking about... very inappropriate things.

"Right Kaylee?" He asked me breaking me out of my thoughts.

"Sorry?"

"Aren't you excited that Capri got accepted into her dream college?" He asked. I seen Capri smirk as if she knew what was going on in my head.
