Hope was helping her father and uncles to build her massive tree house that was elevating about 20 feet from the ground and was held between several trees. She had started with a tiny house that she built herself and occasionally got helped by her uncles and father. It was something that she loved doing ever since she was a kid. Her father and uncles had their own construction company that was very big in the states and throughout Europe.

It was easier to make it bigger and connect the other tiny houses that Hope had started but never really finished, she just started with the shells of them. It was her aunt Rebeckah that had designed that main house for her. It was massive for a tree house, but she loved it. Rebeckah had made it into six levels and making sure that it had much space for her guest and could easily fit in for about fifteen people.

The layout of the massive tree house was amazing. Before you could even enter the house, you had to take a very narrow stairs to get to the first deck, from there you must pull down the other stairs that should close the small gap between the second and the first deck. Once you got to the second deck there was a stair that would take you to the front door. Hope told her that she wanted it that way because you could never know who would want to enter your place.

Her aunt had set up small lift that had to be pulled manually with rope or a small motor that was attached to it. This made it easier for Hope to get heavy things or people who been hurt to be pulled up. Rebecca wanted to set up solar panels, but Hope didn't want it since she wanted to live off grid and if it would come that she needed one she would set one up just in case.

Her father convinced her to add an extra generator in the house and have an extra tank of gas for it just in case and so Elija got her a extra generator while they still had the wooden stove and fire place that would warm the entire house. It took about a year and a half to finish the grand tree house. Hope had managed to get a queen size bed for her room and six smaller beds for the four other bedrooms. She had a decent size kitchen and storage room where she had stacked food.

From the outside it looked like a tall glass house since that was the only thing you could see from afar, inside was different. Anyone who was inside the tree house could easily see the outside, they could see who was coming and from where. Her father and uncles had set up motion camera boxes around the area and she could easily have access with her phone on smaller tablet.

Present time

Hope had just graduated collage and had packed the rest of her stuff in her truck. She was going back to Alaska and live there until she feels like wanting to move back to New Orleans. Hope had always enjoyed the loneliness in the woods. She never really liked being around massive crowds, so she told her family that she be moving to Alaska after collage, they agreed if she was happy.

Her aunt Freya was happy to have her closer since she too had moved to Alaska after losing her former fiancé about a decade ago and it was also why Hope wanted to move to and the rest of the family was there every summer. She had just passed the Welcome sign and was about an hour away from her family's property and she was happy to know that she would be home soon. She had to take a detour to Costco and get some groceries and other supplies that she would need. When she was done, she drove the last hour home where her aunt and her new partner had waiting for her.

"Hope sweetie you're finally here" the blond woman said as they hugged each other. "Hey aunt Freya, it's good to be back" she said with a wide smile. "Welcome home Hope" Keelin said as they hugged as well. "The food is ready in about half hour why don't you go and set your things in place" her aunt said as Keelin had started to take down the small elevator so that Hope could set all the heavy things on it. With the help of Keelin, they were done faster then she expected. She took a quick shower and change cloths before she went back to her aunt's house.
