The Union

The twins was going to turn 20 this year. In about 2 year the twins was going to merge. Josie had given up and so  did Lizzie.

The twins had only 2 years more to live and it was something Hope couldn't live with knowing that her two best friends was going to merge and one of them would die.

When she graduated from the Salvatore she went back home to New Orleans to find answers about the twins coven and even spoke with her family about it. She found the answer they all had been looking for and it was an answer she never thought would be her savior. So here she is on her way back to Mystic Falls, back to her second home.

"Hope Mikaelson, never thought that I would see you again" Lizzie said standing by the entrance with a smile.

"Elizabeth always so  happy to see me" she smirked and the two friends hugged each other.

"I've missed you" the blond whispered in her ear.

"I missed you to Lizzie"

The two walked inside and it was like a nostalgic feeling of being back in the place she had called home.

Where she saved everyone from monsters and other shitty things that came their way.

"So how is Josie?" She asked the blond who just shook her head.

"The closer our birthday is coming the worse she gets. It's like she stop living and just counting the days the merge comes" she said and Hope felt crushed.

She never wanted the girls to go through this but it's their shitty coven that have a problem with them. A curs they never asked for.

"So what brings you here?" The blond asked her.

"I found a solution to your problem but we need Josie to in this as well" she said and Lizzie was suprised.

"I let her know but for now.. let's get you to the cabin and you can rest a bit" Lizzie said but Hope shook her head.

"No.. I've been waiting for this day since I found out about the curs I don't want to wait any longer" she pleaded with Lizzie.

"Okey I will gather the family while you leave your stuff in the cabin.. be in the office in 10 minutes" the blond said.

Hope was happy to see Josie again. Her heart started to beat a little bit faster then usual and she loved the fact that the brunette still have the same smile that always made her weak.

When Landon died she didin't really feel sad or anything. Their relationship ended when he had chosen to run away from his problems and then came back when he realized that he would always love Hope and asked her for a second chance but the tribrid had already hade a change of heart and rejected him.

She had figured out that she was in love with Josie and had asked her to a date that same night but it didn't go well since Landon came back that night and destroyed their moment.

That was also the day Hope had confess her feelings for Josie who by the way cried out of happiness and told her that she felt the same.

From that day the two started to see each other.

"Hey baby I missed you" Hope said as she put her arms around the brunette who just put her hands under the girls shirt just to feel her body next to her.

"I missed you too" she mumbled.

Alaric and Caroline entered the office and sat on the couch along with Lizzie while Hope and Josie sat across from them in the love seat.

"Lizzie said you found a solution to the girls problem. So what is it?" Alaric asked his former student.

Hope smiled at them and nodded. She picked up a book from her pocket and gave it to Caroline who read the marked page.
