Chapter 33

Hinatas POV
The next morning when I woke I turned over and found Yoshitsune next to me asleep. He looked so peaceful when he slept. I kissed his cheek gently and whispered,"I love you.." He stirred slightly telling me that he was aware slightly of what I had said. I chuckled and got out of the bed and grabbed some clothes and took a shower. After a shower and getting fully ready for the day I kissed his cheek one more time and went to Maria's room. I'm sure jasmine is probably still sleeping. I knocked on her door a couple times and waited for her to open the door. She opened the door and yawned slightly. "Yes Hinata???..." I smiled brightly and said," do you wanna go for a walk with me???" She yawned and said,"I guess..." I smiled brightly and said,"ok I'll go pack some food for brunch.." She smiled and yawned and said,"ok you do that.. "

I turned on my heel and ran to my room and scribbled a little note for yoshitsune telling him what I would be doing. He would be worried sick if I left and he didn't know where I was at least.. Let alone going alone after the fire and everything. I wrote on the note,

Yoshitsune,
I went for a walk in the woods with jasmine and Maria.. Don't worry I will be fine.. I brought some food for brunch in case we got really hungry.. I'm sorry I didn't wait until you woke up I wanted to let you sleep and spend some time with the girls.. I love you so very much.. More than you can possibly imagine.. I will be back around 4 or 5.. I plan on spending quite a bit of time with them... After the fire and everything I thought maybe this could be a second chance at being with them. I love you.

After I signed my name I laid the note on my pillow and gently pressed my lips to his. He stirred a little bit again. I smiled and ran to jasmines room down the hall.

I knocked on the door and waited for the door to open. When I opened it I saw Jasmine walking towards me with some crazy bed hair. Her hair was half up half down and looked like a rats nest. I had to clear my throat a couple times to keep from laughing at my sister.

She raised an eyebrow at me and said,"yes?.. You interrupted my beauty sleep little sister.." I chuckled quietly and she gave me an irritated look and I quickly said,"I was wondering if you wanted to go for a walk in the woods with me and Maria... Maybe make up for the lost girl time ..." I said twirling a lock of my hair nervously. That night brings back bad memories. She smiled and said,"yeah sure I would love to.." I smiled and said,"ok I'm bringing food for brunch so you know..." She nodded and said,"ok I'm going to get ready now.." I smiled and said,"ok big sis.."

I hurried down the hall to the stairs and ran into the kitchen. Grabbing the picnic basket that someone must have picked up for us. Quite a few times actually. We have used it quite a few times..

I packed some strawberries and whip cream and some sandwiches and chips and some granola bars enough of each for the three of us. After that I grabbed the picnic blanket from off the counter and walked to the castle doors and waited outside for the girls to come. After about ten minutes Maria came out and Jasmine with her. They both wearing cute little picnic outfits. I smiled and said,"ready?!" They both smiled and nodded. I looked down at Jasmines shoes and frowned. They were cute little flats but they would get ruined walking through the woods. I shook my head at my sister and said,"those shoes are cute but not fit for walking through the woods..." Jasmine shook her head and flipped her hair,"nonsense.. I may be walking through those woods but I will look fabulous while doing it..." Maria and I looked at each other and shook our heads laughing. Jasmine laughed too and we started walking into the woods.

After we had been walking for a while we came across a nice big beautiful spot in the woods where there was a big tree and a small stream running in front of it. It was the perfect place!

"How about here?!" I said excitedly. The smiled and nodded and fell to the ground exhausted. I chuckled and started setting up the food and the blanket. They immediately started nibbling on some food. They were starving. I have to admit I was too.

After we had Eaten to our stomachs content we laid down on the picnic basket and started talking. We talked about random things like cute shoes and how pretty this little place was. I thought about maybe bringing Yoshitsune here. It's a nice little spot. After a while it was starting to get hot. It was about 230 or 3 when we took our shoes off and put our feet in the water. The water was cold. But it felt amazing with the sun beating down on us.

It was spring break. And what a good spring break it has been. It was almost over. Half way actually. We have two weeks for break instead of one... For some schools that is... I was snapped out of my thoughts when Maria splashed water on me.

I shrieked and laughed. I splashed some water on to her and then we both smirked and Maria went and sat on the other side of Jasmine. We were going to splash Jasmine. We were going to on three.

Jasmine had her eyes closed and was looking up at the sky as if she were sunbathing. I mouthed one. Maria mouthed two. And I mouthed three! And at the same time we splashed Jasmine. She shrieked and got up immediately. It was so funny that Maria and I rolled around on the ground laughing.

After we had finished laughing Jasmine walked over to the stream muttering inaudible things and splashed Maria and I both. We shrieked and got up immediately before she could splash us more. She ran over to the picnic and grabbed a bottle of water and threw the cap into the basket. Maria was closest to her. She splashed some of the water from the bottle onto Maria and Maria shrieked cause the water Jasmine had was cold still and it was all over her. I laughed and ran over to the basket and grabbed two bottles. I shouted Maria's name and threw a bottle to her and she caught it and turned on Jasmine.

Jasmine screamed and Maria was laughing like crazy. Suddenly they are both running towards me. I shrieked and started running through the woods. I was slightly faster than Jasmine but not Maria. I ducked behind a tree and stayed there. Scared to come out. I liked my outfit dry thank you. It was one of my favorites. I peeked out from behind the tree and saw them looking for me. I giggled quietly and felt someone watching me.

Fear was prominent in my mind and I couldn't help but wish I hadn't come here without Yoshitsune. I knew he could protect me. I mentally slapped myself and said mentally pull it together girl! You need to learn to protect yourself too and not rely on him so much!

I was walking back towards the girls and was suddenly wrenched from the spot I had been. The person grabbing me had me pinned in front of them and we were behind a tree.

I was about to scream when the persons hand flew over my mouth and the person leaned down and whispered in my ear so quietly you could still hear everything around you.. And the voice was cold and deadly,"If you make a single sound ... I will kill them.. You are being surrounded this very minute... It would be very shameful to have your best friend's death and your sisters death on your hands... It would be your fault if they died you know... My men are waiting for the command to kill them... It all depends on you princess..." We were surrounded. There was no escaping for me... But Jasmine and Maria could get home safely... If something were to ever happen to them because of me I wouldn't be able to forgive myself.,, I knew Jasmine could fight but even this was too many for her... I'm so sorry... Please forgive me I thought as tears slid down my cheeks ... I love you guys... I love you Yoshitsune... Please forgive me... I thought sadly as I stood there not answering their calls.. Cold metal was pressed against my neck immediately enforcing his threat after he had finished telling me his threat and Tears continued to stream down my cheeks silently and I was silent as a mouse. They can't be hurt because of me. The person then said in my ear,"wise decision princess... Very wise.." Then something hit me over my head and everything went black.
