Chapter 43

Jasmine POV

The next morning when I woke Goyo was in bed laying beside me... When I kissed his nose and started to get up he sat up in alarm and said,"are you alright?!"

I nodded and said,"I'm fine baby.. Are you?" He nodded and laid back down to go to sleep. He released me and I said,"I'm ganna go spend some time with hinata... Ok?"

He let out a grunt and I rolled my eyes and changed into the clothes Derek had given me yesterday..

A white sweater that covered my butt and was at mid thigh.. Along with some blue jeans and some brown boots with little pieces of leather hanging from the sides in a ring and flowed when I walked... I loved these kind of boots... They even had a small heel.. Small but there... When I was turning to leave after I had brushed my teeth and put on perfume and deodorant Goyo let out a growl and said sleepily,"forgetting something??" He pointed to his lips as if giving me a hint. I shook my head and walked over to him and kissed his lips... He chuckled and laid back down covering up with the blanket... For the two of us sleeping on a hospital bed together that was twin bed size we slept pretty comfortably..

I looked over and saw Maria's bed was already made... She left a note that said went to get coffee be back later... I giggled and added mentally with Derek... Goodness they are so smitten for each other... I wish they would hurry up and admit it to each other and kiss... Skyla stood up and followed me out of the room and followed me into the room across from ours which was Hinatas... I walked in and saw Yoshitsune sitting up in a chair his eyes drooping.. His eyes had prominent bags underneath and the empress was awake and holding Hinatas hand... Sadness engraved into her mind... It made me mad that hinata was in a damn coma. She was supposed to be awake by now...

I tapped Yoshitsune's shoulder lightly and said,"can I have some alone time with my sister Frankenstein??? Go get some fresh air and eat something.. Mom you too..."

Mom nodded and got up and left the room without being told another word..

She looked so broken... And sad...
And to make matters worse our father was no where to be seen... He just disappeared... Freaking asshole... He probably doesn't even realize everything that's been going on... He probably wouldn't even know about hinata being in a coma or mom not being dead... Cause he is too damn selfish and self to absorbed in his own life.. And I thought we mattered ...

He looked at me and gave me a dirty look but reluctantly got up and left.. I sat down in the chair next to hinata and watched raine and ky follow after Yoshitsune..

I took my sisters hand in hers and quietly began speaking... Starting to speak calmly but then my voice got angrier and angrier by the word.

"Hinata my baby sister.... You have had two whole days to wake up... This is day three... I really wish you would wake up... Everyone needs you here with us.. We need you to come back to us..."

Tears came to my eyes and my anger grew like wildfire..

I got up and punched the wall.. Bruising my knuckles but not caring ... I even gave the wall a new dent.

"Dammit hinata! If you would have just let me do my job and protect you! ... None of this would have happened! I don't hate you but I hate your... Your.. Your actions dammit! I can't even think straight without you! So wake up please! I need you now more than ever!" My rage turned to sadness and I fell to my knees at her bedside... Tears streaming down my cheeks... Holding her limp hand in mine..

Why did her flame have to be the one extinguished??.. Why couldn't it have been mine?

Skylas whines and licks to my cheek were comforting and annoying at once... I resisted the urge to smack her away... I need my hand for punching things.. Not in the belly of a wolf..

Her voice was suddenly in my head through the mind link..

Jasmine darling... Calm down please...
She isn't dead... She's just asleep...

It feels like she is! I need my sister back dammit! This is all my fault! All my fault! I shouldn't have let her run off!

It's not your fault Jasmine stop saying that.. Please.

Well it is! And if she never wakes up who's conscience is it going to be on?! Mine !! Because I was with her when she got kidnapped! I should have stayed and looked for her! I shouldn't have let them get her! It should have been me!

Jasmine! Stop this crap now! You did the right thing and you went and got help! That is the best thing to do! Now stop blaming yourself and just focus on the positives yelling at hinata is not going to wake her up!

I blocked skylas thoughts from mine and said to hinata in a deadly voice.
"Sis I am done with the games. No more games! Just wake up before I slap the crap out of you! Please.."

I buried my face in the sheets and screamed while muttering curses when suddenly I felt something moving...

Skyla don't touch me.. I want to be left alone...

It's not me Jasmine.. You really should see this..

I lifted my head up slowly to see Hinatas hand moving... Her fingers twitching.. She's waking up!

"Skyla! Mind link raine and ky ! They need to bring everyone up here now!"

Yoshitsune POV

I was sitting by the window again at the same table banging my head on it until I saw Kys and Raines head snap up and they both looked at me and shouted three words in my head that had me on my feet and sprinting to her room.

She's waking up. Ky and raine said in unison.

I sprinted to her room with everyone following and me screaming down the hallways as I ran to her room.

"She's waking up! Hot damn she's waking up! Yes!!!"

Everyone quickened their pace and the wolves were snarling and growling clearing the hallway for us as we ran..

I sprinted to her door and wrenched it open and ran to the bedside opposite Jasmine.

I sat down on the edge of the bed and took her hand in mine.

"Cmon baby.. Open those beautiful eyes of yours.."

Hinatas POV

I heard Yoshitsune's gentle voice continuing..

"Baby... Can you open your eyes please?? Can you talk to me??"

I slowly made my eyes open and they fluttered open slowly and the first words I said when I woke up were,"calm down Jasmine it's not like I was dead.."

She laughed and tears were pouring down her cheeks and said,"it sure as hell felt like it.."

I let out a shaky laugh and cringed when pain shot up my ribs.

The next thing I know Yoshitsune's face is in mine and he whispers,"oh hinata... I have missed you so much.." And crushes his lips against mine.. Boy have I missed this.. All thoughts were gone momentarily.. All that mattered was him.. And me.. In this moment.. And his lips against mine..
