Jasmine POV

When I watched yoshitsune run down the hallway with ky following after him I stayed behind to listen to what the nurse had to say,"she had a lot of blood loss.. And some extensive injuries... Lots of cuts too... And bruising.. I'm not going to ask how she got in this condition because that is the doctors job but she is also in very fragile condition... We almost lost her a time or two on the table but she managed to pull through..."

My hands flew over my mouth and one of the wolves the dark grey one came over to me and rubbed my hand with her nose... She licked my hand while whimpering.. I didn't shy away from the wolf and instead took comfort.. I appreciated her... Maybe this wolf and I would get along just fine... I still wasn't too crazy about having horse sized wolves running around but this wolf was of the smaller ones in the group.. She was about five feet tall maybe five and a half she was up to my shoulder.. I was about 5'8
So her ears brushed the top of my shoulder. I leaned against her for support and she leaned into me as if saying I'm here for you... In body language.. I wrapped an arm around her neck while tears gathered in my eyes..

my mother then said," is she awake ?? Can we please go see my daughter??..."

The nurse nodded and said,"yeah... You can go see her but she isn't awake..."

I spoke up and said,"what do you mean???"

The nurse looked at me and said,"she isn't awake ... Because she is in a coma..."

I would have fallen to my knees had the wolf not been holding me up. She whimpered and rubbed her head against my side and licked my arm.. My knees were trembling and I felt like I was going to faint.. The nurse then said,"so you know she is in room 314 ... And she slipped into coma because she has suffered so much and so basically her body shut down and in a way is on sleep mode... She will wake up... I hope.. But none of our medical technology can make her wake up.. Only she can and on her own time.."

We all nodded grimly and the other wolves went and licked the hands of the person they seemed to be "attached to".. I wondered for a minute if my wolf had a name... She seems to have chosen me the way ky chose Yoshitsune ..

I looked at the wolf to my side and she rubbed her head against my shoulder and whined quietly. I petted her fur and decided I needed to see her. I need to see my sister.

I started walking towards the elevator and knew that the wolf was following me. It was comforting to have someone be with me. Goyo and the sandy wolf was following me and we all settled into the elevator.. We came up in groups of four due to the weight of the wolves being an add on.. Once everyone had made it up to the third floor we all started walking towards the room marked 314... There were other people being wheeled around in wheelchairs or on the hospital beds that had the wheels to different places. It made me kind of scared a little... I saw a big sign in red that said "floor 3 ICU" I wondered for a minute what ICU stood for until I heard a voice whisper to me in my ear and an arm wrap around my waist. It was goyo. I pressed myself into his side and he held me tighter."if you were wondering... ICU means intensive care unit... For all the really badly hurt that need extra attention.." I sighed and nodded. The Sandy wolf leapt ahead and started walking with my grey wolf and he had intertwined their tails brushing against each other and I swear I thought I heard my grey wolf moan.. I chuckled and leaned my head against goyos shoulder and once we all approached the door marked 314 the grey wolf turned her massive head towards me and whined quietly. I walked towards the door and I could feel the intent stares of everyone on me as I opened the door handle. Ky was at the foot of the bed growling quietly. He was on the floor like a big watch dog.. Only a horse sized wolf.. Yoshitsune was staring at Hinata and had turned slightly to look at me.. Everyone came into her room and just stood there quietly leaning against the wall... Every pair of eyes had tears glistening in their eyes.. Even Derek's.. Tears were streaming down my cheeks when I saw how broken and beat up my baby sister was... She was so pale and bruised... She had three Iv's plugged into her arms.. A bandage wrapped around her head... The oxygen nubs in her nose to help her breathe.. A big bandage was on her forearm from the deep cut Yoritomo gave her.. Bruises were on her cheeks and I saw a pair of hands around her neck printed in blue and purple.. I knew the rest of her injuries were bad.. I grabbed the chart from her bed and scanned the list ... She had five broken ribs... Bad bruising on her rib cage.. Lots of cuts... A shattered right ankle.. Lots of stitches.. And more injuries I couldn't bring myself I read ... I put the chart back in the hooks and just stared at my sister with tears in my eyes threatening to spill over... My baby sister was hurt... Because she got kidnapped and if I didn't know her she probably let them do all these horrible things so that we wouldn't be hurt.. I hated the emperor so much right now.. How dare he hurt hinata this way.. I hoped he was dead and that ky made his death long and painful and that he suffered.. She looked so broken and weak in her coma state.. I wanted her to wake up so badly.. I wanted to hug her and hear her voice.. But I couldn't ... And there was no way I would be able to.. It was all up to her.. Wether she wanted to wake up or not.. And when.. If she decided to.. I worried how she would take the news of Yoshitsune's betrayal.. But he didn't do anything bad really.. He didn't go through with any of the orders he was given.. He fell in love with hinata and he defied everything just for her.. Because he loved her.. I looked at the grey wolf on the bed who was upset obviously.. Her paws on the bed and she was sitting on her haunches.. Her head on her paws and whines escaping from her lips.. She licked Hinatas hand occasionally and when there was no response she laid her head down again and growled at anyone who got near hinata and her.. Well that wolf has obviously chosen her..

Suddenly I heard a voice in my mind.. It was female..

As I have chosen you jasmine..

Wait what? I'm crazy.. I did not just hear that voice..
