I hear that familiar voice that's haunting my mind for some time now...

I open my eyes and instantly remember what happened.

But I'm somewhere else now, another room.

Everythings so painfully...bright.

This time, I'm shackled to a chair instead of a wall and...

They fucking gagged me?!

My eyes take a while to get used to the glaring cold white-blue neon light.

But when they do, I spot him on the other side of the room.

Sylus!

»Hmhm!«

My words get muffled through the cloth in my mouth.

Sylus is shackled, too. But he's hanging in chains inside a cage with glas walls. Or any other material that you can look through.

»Mmmhhm!«

I try to get his attention, but his head is hanging down and it looks like he's unconcious.

I never thought I would ever see him like this...

This is all my fault...

I feel so guilty...

Tears are forming in my eyes and the desperation threatens to drive me insane.

I struggle and wiggle, hoping for a miracle to be able to free myself, but it's obviously pointless.

But I can take care of the fucking cloth in my mouth!

I bend to the right and pull at the chains with my right hand so I can take it out of my mouth and pull it down to my neck.

»Sylus!«, I shout in his direction.

This time he seems to notice as his body moves a bit. His head lifts and his eyes seem to have the same issues with the light as mine had when they open up.

»Gods, are you okay?!«

It takes him a few seconds to really recognize what's going on.

»Sweetie! You're awake!«

»Yes. I'm so sorry!«

I can't hold back the tears anymore and start to cry pathatically.

»Hey! Don't cry, Sweetie! It's not your fault! I'll get you out of here!«

»Usually I would believe you right away...But it seems like you're in the same position as I am at the moment, if not even worse...«, I complain between sobs.

»I'll figure it out! I'll do anything to keep you safe. I never go back on my words, remember?«

My heart flutters and I can't do anything else than stare at this gorgeous man.

What was I thinking when I ran from him?! It's already too late! I'm in love with this man!

»I'm so sorry, Sylus! This is all my fault! I should have...I was so stupid! I wasn't thinking about EVER-«

»Stop it already, Sweetie! This is not your fault, it's mine. I was reckless and I pushed you away from me somehow. I will kill them all!«

I can see the rage in his gleaming eyes.

»You did nothing wrong, Sylus! I just...«

I don't know how to explain my childich runaway actions...

»It's okay, Baby. Don't think about this now. I'm here. And I will get you back, no matter what I have to do!«

I can see how he tries to free himself, but he can't.

»What about your powers?«

Before he can answer, the man from my cell comes in and speaks first.

»He can't use them in here. Your precious leader of Onychinus is...powerless...«
