A brief flash of surprise crossed Ye Zexi's face. Why is he still so persistent?

"Come on," Ye Zexi waved his hand dismissively, pretending not to catch He Jinyun's drift. "I'm definitely not cut out for that."

Shan Zeyu found it amusing and instinctively asked, "Then what do you think you're cut out for?"

A playful smile immediately appeared on Ye Zexi's face, his eyes curving into crescents as he smirked with a touch of mischief. The beauty mark under his eye seemed to emphasize his confidence.

"Probably—" Ye Zexi drew out the word.

Shan Zeyu suddenly felt uneasy.
