My eyelids slowly open and Lara is gone!

Our flight is in five hours and thirty minutes and we have to start packing. We're also supposed to leave this motel in some minutes. I guess I have to do the packing for her and she's got to give me some credit for that.

After several minutes of packing, I adjust Lara's bag over and hold mine in my hand. Lara's bag is extremely heavy; I have no idea how did Lara carry this bag all the way here.

I head for the receptionist's desk and check out. That's when I proceed to the outdoors and it doesn't always give me a good vibe since I'm still on a police chase. I just hope Lara is okay. I wouldn't want to be alone and I can't leave without her.

My instincts told me to look for Lara and I do. I pass through Big Ben which is impressively huge. Next to it is the ancient and wide Tate Modern. I go across the Westminster Bridge where I see a mesmerizing view of the sea. I additionally couldn't help myself from buying a ticket for the London Eye, where a gorgeous and astounding view is seen from the top. London really is dazzling, but I also have to keep a lookout for police officers.

Passing through Buckingham Palace really made me emotional. I remember coming here ten years ago when I was three. The marching guards in red costumes and black hats reminded me of when I screamed Mickey Mouse because those colors were the ones he wears. That made my mother laugh incredulously hard, and my father took a picture of our joyous faces. That picture has been hanging on my bedroom wall ever since we came back from London.

I should literally leave this place since I'm getting a bit too emotional. I exit the crowds surrounding Buckingham Palace and continue my search for Lara.

A random woman then came up to me when I was going on the Tower Bridge.

"Are you Maisie Carmen?"
