Even if I'm pounding with my feet on the walls of this steel box I'm trapped in, that daffy dude won't let me go.

I go for karate, and I use it against this steel wall, but still, no hope. I think I'm totally ruining my converse shoes, so I give up with using my feet. Instead, I use my hands and box against the wall.

Several minutes later, no answer. I have no idea where I am or what David is up to. All I can see are the walls of shiny steel I'm trapped in. My hands are full of bruises, so I should probably scream out David's name instead.

"David! Let me out! Let me out!" I scream out.

------------------------

This way isn't a convenient way either. In fact, it's actually the worst way; I'm losing oxygen from all that screaming. I don't have any water around, so I will just have to give up again. There's isn't any other method, so I just need to wait for hope.

I pull out my phone and try to call someone, but I'm out of credit. It's all desperate now with nothing to rely on. I bet no one even knows I'm kidnapped.

With all that despair roaming around my nerves, it turns into indignation. I punch the top of the box with my bruised hands. It opens widely and I climb out of the box till I see where I am ...

I'm in between garbage boxes which are between two restaurants. All this time, no one could hear me? Like literally, innumerable people are walking past this street.

David is not in sight, so I was going through pain and losing oxygen for nothing. I then spot Rose running towards me.

"Oh my god! Lara! I'm glad you're safe!" she blanched out. "Come follow me; we're going back to the mansion."

We head out of the garbage boxes area and make our way through the streets of London.

Rose scans my bruises along the way and freaks, "You have so many bruises; how evil is David!"

"Actually, I did it to myself, when I was trying to exit the box I was trapped in," I correct.

"But it still clearly is David's fault since he is the one who trapped you in the box in the first place."

She definitely wants nothing to be blamed on me. She keeps blaming everything on David.

"Do you happen to have any water?" I ask since I'm really starting to get dehydrated.

"Yes, I-" she starts joyously, but gets petrified when an explosion occurs. "What the- What was that?!!" she screams in her same British accent.

"I- I don't know!" I'm literally petrified right now as I crookedly drink the water. I thought I was done with explosions, but it seems to happen here as well.

Right after the explosion, chaos ... total chaos. People run here and there in every direction, trying to save their lives. Rose and I just stay still though, staring in shock at the raging fire.

"What- What's happening to my home place?" Rose cries out.

I continue to stare at the black smoke filling the air with Rose sobbing. I then realize something, "I'm sorry Rose. I'm extremely sorry. This is all my fault. If I hadn't left my house, then none of this would've happens," I spill out.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Rose asks.

"Well, I left my house because I was extremely angry that I was going to have the worst birthday ever and this ended up in me accidently running to the airport and mistakenly going to London by an air cargo box. David followed me who caused all this. I'm so sorry, Rose."

That's when Rose goes silent for a few seconds in shock; I knew I shouldn't have told her, but instead of her hating me, she turns towards me and says, "It's not your fault, Richard told me about your fake science test mark which was the cause of your mother's anger," and that gives me the sigh of relief. "I do understand what happens during these times."

"Thanks Rose," I reply in relief. "You did a lot for me, yet I didn't do anything for you. Thanks again for all that."

"No problem. I always try my best to be as nice as possible, to have a friend and end my feeling of depression."

"You're over-nice, and that's way more than you need. I'm happy to be your friend."

She returns me a big smile and says, "We should get going now before this fire gets any worse."

"Alright," I agree and that's where we walk along the beautifying streets of London. We walk across Tower Bridge and view the enchanting view over the River Thames.

------------------------

I completely forgot about the police officers who were chasing us as we spot a familiar one. I carefully proceed my way out of sight of the police officers and head on to Cannon Street.

But that street was the wrong turn as I spot David pointing a gun at us. We were also trapped in between two buildings since we needed to throw something in the garbage bin there. All ways were blocked and only one was free. Unfortunately, David had that way blocked by pointing a gun at us.

We stood still in fear and I gasp at David's words, "All part of my plan ..."
