The plane crookedly descends towards the land of Los Angeles, and I remain still in fear. It came to a complete stop and slowly parked itself near a gate. That's where we exit the plane in joy and relief.

------------------------

We enter the arrivals area and exit through the gate. The first thing I spot is my little sister, Addilyn, who is on my father's lap. I run towards them and quickly hugged my sister. She always gives me the feeling of euphoria. We'll always be united sisters, no matter what.

"Hey, Lara! I'm so glad you're safe!" my dad exclaims.

"Me too," I reply in mere excitement.

I spot the sight of Maisie, whose mom is hugging her so much. I feel like she's almost killing her. I don't think her mom would ever let go of her.

I also spot Richard, who's alone and just wandering around on crutches. I feel exceedingly bad for him since he went through all that pain and now no one is picking him. I told my parents that I'll be right back and head over to Richard.

"Hey Richard," I say.

"Hey there," he replies dolefully.

"No one is picking you up?" I ask.

"Umm ... no, there is someone who's going to pick me."

"You sound unsure. Are you certain someone's is picking you up?"

"Ugh ... fine, I'll tell you ... So I don't want to go near my parents for some weeks because of ... you know."

"Seriously?! I know you have crutches, but you should not hide them. I mean, come on, why do you have to hide them?"

"I don't want to worry my mom; she freaks out literally when I have a single bruise."

"But just tell them," I say and he still looks dull so I add, "... tell them what happened about the experience you've been through. I'm sure they would appreciate the efforts it took you into saving us. You did a whole lot of work just for us; in fact, you almost sacrificed yourself. Think about it that way."

"I guess you're right."

"Come on then, I'll tell my parents to drop you off at your house."

"Thanks, Lara."

"More like I should thank you for everything. You have been born a hero; you're AKA Radiant Richard."

"Well then, let's see what adventures RadiantRichard and Legendary Lara will go on next," he says wryly and I laugh outloud.
