As Krit and Vel stood outside the luxurious 3BHK apartment, both had different thoughts running through their minds. Krit had initially assumed his old apartment was more than adequate for one person. But now that Vel was moving in with him, he knew they needed more space to build a life together. This new apartment had everything one could dream of—spacious rooms, a pool, a gym, and even a convenience store within the complex. It was beyond anything Vel had ever imagined for himself, let alone to share with someone else.

Krit’s heart swelled with happiness as he glanced over at Vel. He couldn't believe how smoothly things had turned out. He had been bracing himself for a challenging conversation about moving in together, but his father had paved the way. Now, here they were, on the verge of starting this new chapter. Vel, on the other hand, stared at the building in awe. It all felt surreal. This place was far grander than anything he'd envisioned for himself. The reality of moving in together, in such an extravagant place, hit him hard.

Krit broke the silence. "Let's go," he said, his voice full of excitement. Vel nodded, a bit overwhelmed but willing to take the plunge.

As they walked inside, two movers followed, carrying their modest collection of belongings. Most of the apartment was already fully furnished, so they hadn’t brought much—just a bed, clothes, some of Krit’s course books, and a few personal items. The movers set things up quickly, placing the minimal pots and utensils they'd brought in the sleek kitchen. The space felt both new and familiar, like a blank canvas waiting for their lives to paint it.

Vel wandered through the apartment, taking in the sheer size of it. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a grand living hall, a dining room, and a balcony that stretched out wide enough to host a small gathering. It was too much—too luxurious.

"Do we really need so much space?" Vel asked, glancing around. "Why three bedrooms? And the balcony... it's huge. Why can't we just have a small place?"

Krit chuckled. "Well, imagine this. What if we have guests who want to stay the night? We'd need an extra bedroom for that, right?"

Vel raised an eyebrow. "And the third one?" he pressed.

Krit's expression grew a bit more flirtatious. "Do you really want to move out when we have kids?" He paused for a moment, letting that idea settle. "I mean, I have plans for the future."

The mention of children caught Vel off guard. His heart skipped a beat. "Aren’t you thinking too far ahead?" he muttered, feeling both shy and slightly unnerved by Krit’s vision of the future.

Krit stepped closer, his gaze steady. "I'm a businessman, Vel. I think about my legacy. I know we can't have kids in the traditional sense, but that doesn’t mean we can't have a family of our own. Listening to my dad talk about the family's legacy made me realize that having kids could be something... important. For us. For the future."

Vel flushed, his heart racing at the thought. "Whatever," he mumbled, looking away to hide his embarrassment. Krit's words warmed him, but they also made him nervous. The future was a daunting place, filled with uncertainties.

Just then, one of the movers approached them. "We've arranged everything, young master," he said politely.

Krit nodded. "Alright, thank you. You can leave now. We'll take it from here."

With that, the movers left, leaving Krit and Vel alone in their new home. The evening passed quietly as they settled in, but neither felt the urge to cook or explore. They'd eaten earlier, so all that was left to do was rest.

The two of them retired to their bedroom, slipping into bed and falling into each other’s arms. Krit wrapped his arms around Vel, pulling him close. Vel sighed, feeling the warmth and safety of the embrace. It was moments like this that made all the overwhelming changes seem worth it.
