Vel ran as fast as he could threw the cash at dean ( who was waiting for vel to return safely) . Dean was able to not get caught but vel wasn't that lucky he fought with one cop but at the end they were three . So now his face is being held onto a wall by his neck hands on back being cuffed.  He smirks and says "do you know what that does to me officer " 😏.  "Shut the fuck up " the cop says getting red .
