The Hallway Commotion
The loud bang of classroom doors flying open echoed down the hallway as curious students from several classrooms rushed out to see what was happening.
Several students heads poked out of doorways, curious and excited eyes were scanning the corridor for any sign of the sudden disturbance. They all heard the screams, but it was suddenly too quiet. The quiet murmur of voices grew even louder as speculation rippled through the student body.
"What's going on...who sceamed like that?" one girl whispered to her friend who looked at her wide eyed.
"Did you hear that horrible cream?" another asked, her eyes wide with a dual mixture of excitement and fear.
One boy looked shocked," I hope nobody got murdered. That will be so cool. Nothing exciting ever happened at this school."
One girl nudged him annoyed," Don't spew nonsense, Lee no. It's a gross thing to say."
Before the hallway could become more chaotic as moments passed, the class teachers took quickly control of the hyped up learners.
"Hey! Get back in your seats, everyone! Theres nothing to see here" they barked at their class students. The students scurried horrifiedback to their seats.
"Class monitors,try to keep everyone inside. Now!" The authoritative commands comes out from onenof the most feared and intimidating teachers, he snapped most students back into order, though you could still see a few couragous kids still lingered by the doors, trying to catch a glimpse of the excitement that was busy unfolding outside.
Mr. Hak, one of the senior class teachers, whose class was near the restrooms, stepped intimidatingly into the hallway and loudly called out to a few senior students who had been quietly studying in his classroom.
