Betrayal cuts deep, to the very core, A wound I've felt, forever more. When vulnerability beckons, and I share, My deepest fears, my trusted care.
But they depart, without a glance, Leaving me shattered, lost in trance. For in this world, none truly care, Except the love I hold for myself, I share.
Everyone flees in darkest nights, Exposing fake bonds, shedding false lights. Their absence screams, a haunting truth, No one stays, when shadows of pain ensue.
Tears fall as I write these lines, Grief and anguish, heart's shrines. For when I trusted, and opened wide, They ravaged me, with an unfelt stride.
