I came home today.
Ian has been living with Melinda, he is sooooo tired of her, but I know he loves her.
"She will be the end of him!!"
He says :)
"Or at least her cooking!!"
I know he loves us all.
Evan her, regardless of what he says.

~~~
I told Ian about Cory.
Melinda hadn't let him see the magazine articles and interviews, for which I am eternally grateful.
He is seamingly happy, always wanted a big brother, I won't lie it stung a bit.
I just hope it can be like that,
like brothers.
~~~

You know what, life feels perfectly fine. It's been worse, but with Ian it's getting better.

~~~
Finnick forced us out on the boat today.
Or well, Finnick and Ian forced me out. He had done something new, not that I understood what.
He was proud as one can be, like a peacock when he got to tell Ian everything. I couldn't help but think that Haymitch should have seen him.
He would have laughed, we would have laughed.
~~~

That facket has poured out all my booze!!

He says I'm not myself anymore, but what the hell does he think!!

I barely drink, only when I get something from the capital!! It's not like I hear it when Ian's home either, I do when he's sleeping at Mags', or at school.

~~~
I don't know what to do. I got Finnick to take Ian to the lake, they're fishing.
I have received a letter from the capital, most likely it is regarding my so-called vacation.
I don't want to open it.
~~~

I opened it.

~~~
We are going to a ready-made holiday island.
Apparently it must be very beautiful. No one has been there before.
I wish it could stay that way.
~~~

In about a month we will be leaving. I don't know how long we'll be gone or what I might be forced to do.

But I don't care, the hardest thing will be how to tell Ian.
And Finnick.

~~~
I told him.
We were alone and he was crying.
We just held each other, neither of us wanted me to go.
~~~

If it had been a normal trip, I would have packed by now.

But I can't even do that. I tremble at how "luxurious" they will make the holiday.

~~~
Ian opened the door today.
I was in the kitchen.
It wasn't Finnick who knocked.
Cory decided to surprise me, he said he wanted to meet my brother.
He had a buckey of white roses with him.
