Hours later, as the first light of dawn began to tint the sky, Lucy found herself nestled in Angela's lap, their bodies still entwined in the now calm waters of the rooftop pool.
The night had been nothing short of magical, and they had spent it exploring every inch of each other, both physically and emotionally. Now, as they sat together, watching the sun rise over LA, they shared a moment of quiet intimacy.
Angela's arms were wrapped around Lucy's waist, holding her close as they floated. *It feels so right to have her here like this*, Angela thought, her heart swelling with love. Lucy leaned her head against Angela's shoulder, her eyes heavy with exhaustion but filled with happiness.
"This has been the best night of my life," she whispered, her voice barely audible above the soft hum of the city coming alive below them. Angela pressed a gentle kiss to Lucy's temple, her eyes never leaving the breathtaking sight before them. "Mine too," she replied softly.
They remained in silence, simply enjoying the warmth of each other's presence and the beauty of the moment.
Angela reluctantly pulled away from Lucy, her body protesting the loss of contact. With a sigh, she gracefully slid out of the pool, water cascading off her curves. She walked over to the edge of the rooftop, leaving wet footprints on the cool stone tiles.
Sitting down, she wrapped her arms around her knees and looked out at the city, now bathed in the soft glow of early morning. Lucy followed suit, her movements mirroring Angela's.
As she sat beside her, their legs brushing together, she couldn't help but feel a sense of peace settle over her. They were two people, alone in the world, sharing an unforgettable experience.
Angela turned her head towards Lucy, her eyes filled with affection. "You know, I've never felt so alive before," she said, her voice laced with sincerity. Lucy smiled, reaching out to take Angela's hand. "Me neither," she admitted, giving it a reassuring squeeze.
They sat there for what felt like an eternity, simply taking in the view and the quiet companionship. The city was coming to life around them, the sounds of traffic and distant chatter slowly increasing, but they remained in their own little bubble, lost in the magic of the moment.
Angela reached for the pack of cigarettes on the nearby table, pulling one out and placing it between her lips. She flicked open her lighter, the flame casting a warm orange glow on her face as she prepared to take a drag.
Lucy, feeling the urge to share in this moment of relaxation, went to grab a cigarette for herself. However, Angela's hand shot out, stopping her.
Lucy paused, looking at the cigarette in her hand before placing it back on the table. Instead, Lucy leaned into Angela, resting her head on her shoulder. Angela's arm wrapped around her protectively, pulling her close as they continued to watch the sunrise.
Lucy's gaze never left Angela's as she carefully positioned herself on top of her lap, straddling her. The coolness of the morning air contrasted with the heat between their bodies, sending goosebumps dancing across Lucy's skin.
Angela held the cigarette between her lips, taking another drag before exhaling a cloud of smoke. Lucy leaned forward, her eyes locked onto Angela's, and opened her mouth slightly.
Angela blew the smoke into her mouth, the tendrils wrapping around Lucy's tongue and filling her lungs with its warmth. Lucy's eyes widened as she inhaled, her chest rising and falling with each breath. She felt a rush of adrenaline, a thrill she hadn't experienced before. Angela watched her closely, a mix of desire and protectiveness swirling in her gaze.
*She looks so beautiful like this*, she thought, *so trusting, so free*. Lucy exhaled slowly, the smoke escaping in a soft sigh as she leaned in for another kiss. Their lips met, the taste of tobacco and each other mingling together.
Angela's hands slid up Lucy's back, pulling her closer as they shared the cigarette and their breaths. They were in sync, their movements fluid and natural, as if they had done this countless times before.
Angela's eyes flashed with determination as she scooped Lucy up in her arms, the cigarette still dangling from her lips. Despite Lucy's slight protest, Angela carried her towards the bedroom, her strides strong and purposeful.
Once inside, she gently placed her down in front of the bathroom door. "Get in the shower," she said firmly, her voice laced with a hint of playfulness. Lucy, caught off guard by Angela's sudden assertiveness, looked up at her with a mixture of curiosity and desire.
She could see the passion burning in Angela's eyes, and it sent a shiver down her spine. Without another word, she obeyed, stepping into the bathroom and turning on the shower.
As the steam began to fill the room, Angela followed her, discarding the cigarette in an ashtray on the way. She joined Lucy under the hot water, her hands running over her body, washing away the remnants of the night's adventures.
Angela couldn't help but smile as Lucy giggled under her touch, her fingers tracing patterns on her wet skin. They stood there for a while, simply enjoying the feeling of being clean and together.
As they finished washing, Angela wrapped Lucy in a soft towel and pulled her close, planting a tender kiss on her forehead. "Let's get some rest," she murmured, guiding Lucy back to their bed.
They climbed in, their bodies entangled once more, the sound of the shower fading away as sleep finally claimed them, the memories of their unforgettable night etched forever in their hearts.
