I am once again at an airport. The last couple of weeks had been so stressful that I could barely concentrate on anything right now. After Connor and I drove back to California we had only some days left together. When I got back to Australia I promptly to the display from my parents covered my self in work for the new cd I was recording. Connor had uploaded his coming out video and it got a lot of positiv feedback. So as a respond to that he had never been more happy in his entered life. I had been to LA to a meeting but sadly had had only one quick dinner with Connor before I had to leave again. Connor planed on visiting me on New Year's Eve and for once in my life I felt happy and everything seamed in place. Beside the little fact that Tyler would visit as well. Don't get me wrong I love Tyler as a friend but it was very difficult to be in the same room as Connor and him. They still hadn't made up and I was bound to think they never would again. Tyler and I were hosting a live show on New Year's Eve and I was afraid to even think about the possibility that Connor and Tyler would get into a fight live on camera.
"Hi Troye." A young girl with wild curls said to me. Luckily it was in the middle of the night so no one had noticed me until now. "Hi" I just say slowly. "I though I maybe could have a quick picture?" She asks shyly. "Sure. What s your name?" I ask politely "Sarah" She just answers straight a way. I take her phone in my hand and take the picture. "Thank you." She says with a genuine smile. She looks in the distance where probably her parents are standing waiting for her. "Arriving back home from a holiday?" I ask following her gaze. "Yeah we visited my grandparents over Christmas." She just says. "Then have a nice arriving back home." I say with a a genuine grin. I hug her to say good bye and she leaves again leaving me alone again. I nervously take a look at my phone. Halve past twelve his plane landed fifteen minutes ago. I tap my fingers on the display of my phone. Everything would be just fine I tried to tell myself. But who was I kidding. It had never passed such a long period of them not talking. I slowly smiled to myself. Connor and I had booked a flight to New Zealand after New Year's Eve. Just the two of us. No phones, no friends, just us and the beauty of nature. This was everything I wanted right now.
I sight. Being in a long distance relationship was harder then I thought. Mostly because my every move right now revolved around him. Everything I did was only a moment of time until I would see him again. Counting the days, lying awake at night wondering if he felt the same way. Always being nervous that something could happen to him. Something and I couldn't be there for him. "Sorry but are you Troye Sivan?" A too familiar voice asked me. I start up. Shocked. "Con." I say faintly directly hugging him tight. Connors hand lies on my back for one second then he let's go of me. "Not here." He mumbles into my ear. I nod feeling a lump in my throat. Now that he outed himself he was even more afraid that someone would catch up on our relationship that we wanted to keep private. I swallowed the lump and said: "this way Mr. Franta your taxi is waiting for you." He giggled. I finally had him back by my side.
