Trees. Trees everywhere. They were fighting off the soldiers, no problem at all. I get back to Ed and Su and we stared in awe and confusion. Then I watched as many of the infantry start falling back. We all cheered in unison as the trees destroyed catapult after catapult. "FOR ASLAN!" Peter yells, raising up his sword. We run over to the cowering men, obviously not knowing what they got themselves into.
They fell back, but we chased after them, there was one that was really slow. I looked over to Edmund, "Watch This." He watches me as I sprint to the slow Telmarine and I jump and jab him through the chest. I laugh as I leave that sword in there and grab his. "Thank you!" I say with a big smile. I run back to them and they were laughing.
"That was funny." Susan said, patting my back. I smile and we reach the river, we leave a space in between our two armies as they watch Lucy walk to the bridge. Lucy draws her dagger. I smirk, as Aslan stands along side with her. I had mixed emotions, where has he been? Did he even care about us anymore? I was mad, happy, and scared at the exact same time. I run my hand through my hair and sigh loud and long.
"What's wrong?" He says putting his swords down.
"Nothing, I'm just ready for what's gonna go down." I say laughing nervously.
"CHARGE!" That caught my attention, Telmarines were crossing the river. Stupid as they usually were. Some were crossing through the bridge and some were walking through the river. They made it halfway when Aslan roared, giving me shivers down my spine. The water started to lower, and there was a humongous wave coming towards them. As the wave got closer, it got bigger and bigger and when it was right above the bridge it seemed as the water took form of a giant man.
They were all terrified and they started jumping off the bridge into the river. The big water, river man crashed into the bridge, wiping people out picking up the bridge as well. There was one person left and it was Miraz's right hand man, he was on his horse. He was starting to lean him into him, but the man just kept swiping his sword until the water giant smashed his face into the bridge, crushing it.
Waves crashed against the debris and carried it on through the river. Peter, Caspian, Susan, Edmund, and I walk through the river. As I walk through, a piece of the bridge tripped me. I scream but before I completely submerged I feel Edmund's hands on my waist and another grabbing my hand. "Hey." he smirks as he holds me like we just finished a dance. I laugh.
"So cliché." I say sarcastically and roll my eyes. He moves his hands up my back so he can help me up, he leans in and closes the gap between our bodies. He leans in closer and closer our noses were touching and his eyes were already closed. Peter coughs. I close my eyes in annoyance and clench my jaws as my lips contort to a straight line. He sighs and helps me stand.
We glare at Peter, "Not the time for sloppy make-outs." He says. We walk to shore and Aslan stands there waiting for us. We all kneel and bow.
"Rise Kings and Queens of Narnia." We look up and we stand, all except for Caspian. I smile at his still kneeling body. "All of you." We look at Caspian as he looks up to Aslan.
"I do not think I am ready." He says looking down.
"And for that very reason, i do," He stands and turns to Ed and I as we smile at him. Then all of a sudden we hear music from behind us. I turn around to see Reep on a stretcher other mice surrounding him.
I get on my knees. "Reep? Is he okay?" Lucy runs over as well as she gets on her knees and takes out her cordial. She puts a drop into his mouth, and he was breathing unevenly. We stand up and he finally talks.
"Oh, Thank You!" He says looking to Lucy, I smile down to him and a few tears escaped my eyes. "My Queen, please don't cry, I am alright."
"I know Reep, I just wouldn't know what I would do with myself if you died." I say laughing, wiping my tears.
He stands up and he finally notices Aslan. "Oh! Hail, Aslan!" He says with his arms wide. "It is a great honor to, oh!" he stumbles forward and I bite my lip when I see that his tail was cut off. "I am completely out of countenance." he says covering his back, then he starts rambling in big words. Ed and I look at each other and laugh. "Perhaps a drop more?" He ask Lucy.
"I don't think I'm aloud to." She says with a guilty look on her face.
"You could give it a go." Aslan laugh, and as do I.
"It becomes you well, Little One." Aslan laughs.
"All the same, Great King. But I must withdraw, with the honor of a mouse." He holds out his sword in two hands.
"You think too much of your honor, Friend."
"Well it's not only about honor, it's great for balance as well." He states all of the things he needs with his tail and The Pevensies and Caspian and I all laugh. Then the other mice ask to cut their tales off, instead Aslan gives back Reep's tail.
"So, where's the dear little friend that you told me all about." They all smile as Trumpkin looks over at us nervously. He walks over and bows as Aslan roars at him. He flinches and looks up at him.
"Do you see him now?" Lucy says tauntingly. He smiles and nods.
"What is she talking about?" I whisper to Ed.
"It's a long story." He answers letting out a chuckle.
