Silver walked downstairs, turning to Shadow who was watching TV, "Hey, I'm going out with Sonic to hang, wanna join?"
Shadow rolled his eyes, "No."
Silver shrugged, "Alrighty! Bye then!"
Silver liked to visit every now and then, checking up on everyone. Almost everyone had a room for him to sleep in when he visited, and they all were decorated the way he liked. This time, he was staying at Shadow's house. It was Silver's first time at his house actually, he's been there for a week now.
Riding on his new hoverboard, Silver spotted Sonic, "Hey, Sonic!" he waved.
Sonic looked up from his resting spot, a smile curved on his face. He waved back, standing up.
"Sup, Silver! Nice hoverboard." Sonic complimented once Silver was over to him.
Silver hopped off the board, "Thanks! Made it myself! It's not very good, but it does the job!"
Sonic took the hoverboard in his hands, checking it out, "So how has your stay been so far?"
"Great! Shadow's a nice host."
"Is he home right now?"
"Yeah, he's watching a show."
Sonic hummed at this answer, staring at the board for a bit, "Can I try it out?"
"Yeah! Just be careful, it malfunctions sometimes..." Silver rubbed the back of his neck with a nervous chuckle.
At the skating rink, the two hedgehogs warmed up with stretches. Silver went first, making sure the board was safe enough to use. After hitting a few tricks, he handed the board to Sonic.
"Be careful!" Silver warned again as Sonic slid into the bowl.

Shadow sat on the couch, watching TV. He had been there almost all day. And why wouldn't he be? His favorite drama show released two new seasons! Chuckling at a scene, the front door suddenly swung open.
"I told you to be careful, Sonic!" Silver's voice rang out.
In came the two boys, Silver helping Sonic to the couch. He plopped down next to Shadow who looked more annoyed than concerned.
"What is he doing here? What happened?" Shadow asked with a sight angry tone.
"Sonic wanted to ride my hoverboard, but fell off and sprained his ankle. I tried taking him to the ER, but he kept refusing!"
Shadow sighed as Sonic winced with pain, "Go get the first aid kit from upstairs, it's in the bathroom."
With a quick determined nod, Silver was off. As Shadow turned his attention back to the TV, two gloves wrapped around his waist as a head buried into his fluffy chest. The hedgehog blushed a bit, rearranging to face the other hedgehog.
"Sprained ankle, huh?" Shadow mumbled, raising an eyebrow.
"Nah, I just haven't seen you all weeeeeeek~" Sonic whined in response.
Rolling his eyes, Shadow placed both arms around Sonic, "You better hope he doesn't catch us..."
A hum left Sonic's lips.
"You're making me miss my show for this..."
"You can watch it later." the blue hedgehog replied with a happy sigh.
