As I walked into Dr. Sanchez's office, I felt a mix of excitement and nerves. It was my second day back in Barcelona after the championships, and I had so much to share. The walls were adorned with calming colors and artwork that always made me feel at ease.

"Good morning, Luciana! It's great to see you again!" Dr. Sanchez greeted me warmly, motioning for me to take a seat.

"Good morning! I've missed this place," I replied, pulling out my medals from my bag and placing them on the table. "I wanted to show you something."

Dr. Sanchez's eyes widened with delight as she picked up the medals. "Wow, look at these! First place in the 200m and second in the 100m! Congratulations! You must be so proud!"

"I am! It was such an incredible experience," I said, my voice brimming with excitement. "I could feel the energy from the crowd, and having my friends there made it even more special."

She nodded, placing the medals back on the table. "That's wonderful to hear. Tell me more about the races. How did they feel?"

I took a deep breath, recalling the moments vividly. "The 200m was definitely my best event. I was nervous at first, but Jude and Gavi were there, yelling and jumping around like crazy. They kept saying ridiculous things that made me laugh, which helped calm my nerves."

Dr. Sanchez chuckled. "I can only imagine! Their enthusiasm must have been contagious."

"It really was! And when I won, I looked up and saw Pedri in the stands. He was smiling so big, and I just... I couldn't help but cry. It felt surreal," I admitted, my voice softening.

"That's a powerful moment. It sounds like you had a lot of support," she noted, leaning forward. "How did that make you feel about your friendships?"

"Honestly, it made me appreciate them even more. Having my friends there meant everything. And it made me think about Pedri again," I confessed, glancing down at my hands. "I'm still trying to figure out how I feel about him."

Dr. Sanchez nodded thoughtfully. "That's understandable. You had a strong connection with him before. Have you considered talking to him about it again?"

I sighed, contemplating her suggestion. "I have. Part of me wants to, but what if it complicates things? What he leaves or I mess up?"

"It's natural to feel that way, but sometimes taking a risk can lead to beautiful outcomes," she encouraged gently. "If you still have feelings for him, it might be worth exploring. You've grown and achieved so much; you're not the same person you were before."

"Yeah, I guess you're right. I just want to be careful," I said, my mind racing with possibilities.

"Of course! Take your time, but remember that communication is key in any relationship. Maybe you could start by talking to him as a friend first and see where it leads," Dr. Sanchez suggested.

"I think I could do that. Thank you, Dr. Sanchez. You always know what to say," I said, smiling.

"I'm here to help. Just remember to be honest with yourself and with Pedri. You deserve to be happy," she replied, her voice warm and reassuring.

After a few more minutes of discussion about my recent experiences and how I felt about my racing career, I stood up to leave, feeling lighter than I had in a while.

"Good luck, Luciana! I can't wait to hear how everything goes," Dr. Sanchez said as I walked to the door.

"Thanks! I'll keep you updated," I promised, waving goodbye as I stepped out into the bustling streets of Barcelona.
