I woke up to the soft light filtering through the curtains, Pedri's arm draped lazily across my waist. It was one of those peaceful moments, the kind that made me want to freeze time and stay in bed forever. But today was match day, and I knew Pedri had to leave soon. I turned slightly, watching him stir as he blinked his eyes open.

"Good morning," I whispered, brushing a strand of hair away from his face.

He smiled sleepily, pulling me closer for a soft kiss. "Morning, hermosa," he murmured against my lips before pulling back. "I don't want to get up."

I chuckled, running my fingers through his messy hair. "You have a match today, remember? Girona, away."

Pedri groaned softly, but a smile tugged at his lips. "Right, I forgot. Guess I have to go score a goal or two for you, huh?"

I grinned. "Only if you want to impress me," I teased, poking him lightly in the chest.

He laughed and kissed my forehead before reluctantly getting out of bed. "I'll score one just for you," he promised with a wink as he headed off to get ready.

A little while later, we were getting ready to head to the bus, with Pedri getting his match gear together and me packing my camera equipment. Valeria and I had some content to film for the team's social media, and traveling with the team was always fun, especially on away days. There was a buzz in the air as we met up with everyone at the bus.

"Morning, lovebirds," Gavi teased as Pedri and I climbed aboard.

I rolled my eyes, but I couldn't help but smile. "shut up Gavi."

As the bus pulled away, I leaned into Pedri's shoulder, and we shared headphones, listening to some music. The mood was light and positive; everyone seemed confident about the match ahead.

At Montilivi Stadium, the energy was electric. Girona had a strong squad this season, and we knew it wasn't going to be easy, but the Barça boys were up for the challenge. Valeria and I set up our cameras at the side of the pitch, capturing some pre-match content of the players warming up. Lamine flashed a grin at the camera, while Gavi, Ansu and Balde posed goofily behind him.

As the game kicked off, the intensity was immediate. Girona took an early lead with a goal from their striker, catching the defense off guard. But Barça quickly responded. In the 15th minute Gavi received a pass from Balde and shot from a far distance making the crowd roar. Gavi and Balde celebrated together as the rest of the team came to celebrate.

In the 28th minute, Pedri broke free in midfield, skillfully weaving past two Girona players before unleashing a perfect strike from outside the box. The ball sailed past the goalkeeper, landing in the back of the net.

"GOOOAAAL!" the stadium erupted, and I found myself jumping up and down, my heart swelling with pride as Pedri celebrated with the team. He glanced over at me and gave a small, almost shy smile.

"That's my boy!" Gavi shouted, teasingly elbowing Lamine, who laughed and gave me a thumbs-up.

The game continued, and Girona equalized in the 65th minute, making it 2-2. It was tense, but with just ten minutes left, Lamine received a perfect cross from Balde, and with a calm finish, he slotted the ball into the bottom corner.

"YES! Lamine!" I screamed, barely able to hold my camera straight as I captured the moment.

As the final whistle blew, the scoreboard showed 3-2 to Barcelona. The team had pulled off a thrilling win, and the boys were ecstatic, celebrating with the traveling fans. Pedri ran over, pulling me into a hug. "We did it," he whispered in my ear, his excitement contagious.
