Months passed, and Abhay and Kavya's relationship blossomed. Their days were filled with laughter, deep conversations, and intimate moments that drew them closer together. But one day, Kavya woke up feeling unusually irritated. As the sun streamed through their bedroom window, bright and cheerful, she found it hard to shake off the grumpiness that clung to her like a heavy blanket.

She rolled over, catching a glimpse of Abhay's peaceful face.

Kavya (muttering to herself):
"Why can't I just be in a good mood?"

Swinging her legs over the side of the bed, she hit a stray shoe Abhay had left out, and irritation flared inside her.

Kavya:
"Seriously? It's just one thing after another."

In the kitchen, she opened the cupboard to grab a mug for her coffee, only for mismatched dishes to tumble out in a clattering mess.

Kavya (frustrated):
"Perfect! Just what I needed!"

She took a deep breath, trying to calm herself as Abhay wandered into the kitchen, sleep still in his eyes.

Abhay:
"Morning, beautiful. You okay?"

Kavya forced a smile, her heart warming slightly at his presence.

Kavya:
"Yeah, just... one of those days, I guess."

As the morning progressed, everything continued to irritate her. The noise from the kids outside felt unbearable, the sun seemed too bright, and every little task felt monumental.

By midday, Kavya was on edge. She snapped at a passing kid who accidentally bumped into her, immediately regretting it as their innocent laughter faded into the distance.

When Abhay returned from practice, he noticed her frustration.

Abhay:
"Kavya, what's wrong? You seem really off today."

She waved him off, not wanting to spoil his mood.

Kavya:
"It's just today, I guess."

But every time he walked into the room, her irritation dimmed slightly. He had this way of bringing warmth into any space, a light that chased away shadows—at least temporarily.

Later that evening, as they settled into the living room for a quiet night in, Kavya picked up her phone, scrolling through social media. An amusing video about periods caught her attention.

As she watched, it struck her—she had missed her period for the last two months. Her heart raced, and a mix of shock and disbelief washed over her.

Kavya (whispering to herself):
"Oh no... what have I done?"

Suddenly, the irritation she'd felt all day made sense. The mood swings, the fatigue, the cravings—all the little signs that she'd overlooked. Abhay looked over from where he was flipping through a book, sensing a shift in her demeanor.

Abhay:
"Kavya? What's wrong?"

She turned to him, her eyes wide, heart pounding in her chest.

Kavya:"Uh...nothing I just forgot I had a post to work on before going to work tomorrow

She rushes inside to their bedroom leaving a confused abbhay behind

Abhay:"What happened to her?"

He shrugged and coninued reading his book

Kavya sat on the edge of the bathtub, her heart pounding as she held the pregnancy test in her trembling hands. The bathroom was silent, the only sound the distant hum of the city outside. She stared at the test, the white stick seeming to taunt her with uncertainty.

Kavya (whispering to herself):
"Okay, just a few minutes. You can do this."

But as she waited, her mind wandered back through the months of shared laughter and intimate moments with Abhay.

The First Time They Kissed:
It had been a night filled with warmth and laughter. They had shared a cozy dinner, the flickering candlelight casting soft shadows on their faces. Abhay had leaned closer, his breath mingling with hers as he whispered something funny, making her laugh.

Then, in that moment, their eyes locked, and the world around them faded.

Kavya:
"Are you really going to make me wait for this kiss?"

Abhay had grinned, his mischievous smile brightening his face.

Abhay:
"Only if you want it to be special."

Kavya felt the warmth spread through her as he finally closed the distance, their lips brushing together, igniting a spark that sent shivers down her spine.

Lazy Sunday Mornings:
Their mornings together had become a cherished routine. Waking up side by side, tangled in sheets, the sun filtering through the curtains.

Kavya could still feel the warmth of Abhay's body as he pulled her close, murmuring sweet nothings that made her heart flutter.

Abhay (smiling sleepily):
"Let's just stay like this forever."

Kavya (laughing softly):
"Lazy much?"

They had spent hours in bed, teasing each other, sharing dreams and aspirations, and falling deeper into their connection.

The Surprise Date:
There was that one night when Abhay had surprised her with a spontaneous date. He had taken her to the park, where the stars twinkled overhead, and they strolled hand in hand.

As they found a secluded spot, he had pulled her into a gentle embrace, whispering sweet words against her ear.

Abhay:
"Is this okay?"

Kavya (softly):
"More than okay."

He had kissed her deeply under the starlit sky, their surroundings fading as they melted into each other, savoring every tender moment.

The Night They First Made Love:
Kavya recalled the night they had crossed that intimate line, the air thick with anticipation. Abhay had looked at her with such intensity, his desire clear as he gently cupped her face.

Abhay:
"You're sure, right?"

Kavya (nodding):
"Absolutely."

The world had disappeared around them as they lost themselves in each other, a beautiful fusion of love and passion that had changed everything.

Kavya's heart raced as she recalled these moments, each one filled with warmth and affection. The timer beeped, pulling her back to the present. She took a deep breath, feeling the weight of what might come next.

Kavya (muttering):
"Okay, here goes nothing."

She turned the test over, her breath hitching in her throat. The sight of the result filled her with a whirlwind of emotions—joy, fear, excitement, and uncertainty.

Kavya took a moment to collect herself, her mind racing with thoughts about how to break the news to Abhay. She didn't want to overwhelm him, especially when they were building such a beautiful life together.

Kavya (determined):
"I'll make it special. I'll surprise him."

Her heart swelled with anticipation as she imagined how Abhay would react. She wanted to create a moment they could both cherish, a memory that would last a lifetime.

With a new sense of purpose, Kavya decided to plan something special for that evening, eager to share the news and embrace whatever lay ahead, hand in hand with the love of her life.
