Jordan:

"Daddy we're home!" I hear Sienna call me as her and Rebecca return from their shopping trip with my family. I walk out of my office and on cue Sienna takes off towards me. Before she collides with my legs I bend down and scoop her up. With Sienna on my hip I make my way over to my angel.
"I think I'm losing her, she's becoming a daddy's girl" Rebecca says with a smile and I chuckle.
"No, she'll always be mummy's little girl" I tell her. I put Sienna down and she runs to a brown bag amongst the many others that are now dumped in my living room.
"Daddy I got you a present" she announces with her cheeky smile and proceeds to pull out a red tie.
"I wanted to get you a pink one but mummy wouldn't let me" she explains and I laugh while taking the tie from her.
"I think it's perfect, thankyou princess" I kiss her head and walk over to Rebecca who is putting our dinner in the microwave. I wrap my arms around her waist and plant a soft kiss on her bare shoulder.
"I hope you don't mind but I'm too tired to cook" she tells me and I smile against her skin.
"That's why Cara leaves food for us" I kiss a trail up her neck and she lets out a quiet moan.
"Jordan, I'm trying to sort dinner out" she whispers and I stop to face her with a pout. She giggles and gives me a quick peck on my lips.
"All in good time baby, but right now I'm all shopped out and hungry"

"How was shopping?" I ask her as we sit at the table.
"It was good. We got stalked by paparazzi a bit though" she explains with a sigh and I frown.
"I'm sorry, but that's going to happen" I break it to her and she nods.
"I know, it's just going to take some time getting used to that you know?" She explains.
"I know, and I'm sorry. But that comes with the territory, you never get used to it, you just grow to ignore them" I tell her and she smiles.
"It's ok, it's who you are Jordan. You built your life from the ground up and people want to know how you made it possible. It's an accomplishment you should be proud of"
"I am proud of it, I just wish people weren't nosey"
"That's life, honey" she concludes our conversation and picks up a baby wipe to clean up Sienna's face.
"Peanut did you eat any of your bolognese?" I tease and Sienna just giggles.
"Yummy bolo" she squeals. I look back at Rebecca and I can tell the paparazzi are still playing on her mind. I take her hand and give it a squeeze.
"I'm sure it won't turn into anything baby"

"Jordan Matthews' secret love child?"
You've got to be kidding me?! The first thing I see when I walk in to work is my COO Kaz holding the paper up.
"Do you care to explain this?!" She demands when I sit at my desk and put my head in my hands.
"Jordan is this true?" She asks firmly and I glare at her.
"No it isn't true" I correct her and she raises an eyebrow.
"Well do you care to explain to me what the real story is? Because right now Jordan I have many theories running through my head" Kaz is the only one who can push me to the edge and not back down. She's not intimidated by me unlike everyone else I work with, and I respect her hard head. But right now, I could happily fire her.
"Rebecca and I have been dating for a month ok? Sienna is her daughter and I saved them"
"Saved them how?"
"They lived on the streets for three years and I took them in. I helped her get back on her feet and then we got together. I see Sienna as my own child because she hasn't had a father figure to look up to. So yes Kaz, I'm finally whipped and I couldn't be happier" her face says it all. She's stunned. I smirk as she's still speechless.

"Holy shit" she breathes out and I can't help but chuckle.
I never thought I'd see this day. You're happy?" She asks with a smile and I nod.
"I am. She's made me realise that life isn't all about work" I admit and she throws her hands up in the air.
"Oh hallelujah! Finally Jordan Matthews has other priorities aside from work. Well if you need me to take on extra work just say the word boss" she grins and walks out. I look at my schedule and run my fingers through my hair. So much work, so little time.

I finally return home from work at eight thirty. I sigh as I ride up in the elevator, Sienna will already be in bed. I love putting Sienna to bed. Watching her fight tiredness just to hear the end of her story and hear her say she loves me. I've turned so soppy this past month but it's something I needed. I needed it to make me realise this is what I want; marriage, a family. Someone to call my own flesh in blood. And I want that with Rebecca.

I enter the great room and I see Rebecca pacing the floor. She looks up when the elevator doors open and she runs towards me.
"Jordan I'm so sorry, it's all my fault I shouldn't have gone out with your family especially with Sienna" she rambles on but I just grab her face and kiss her hard. I don't care what the papers say or how far away they are from the truth; this girl is mine. I pull away and look into her eyes.
"I don't care. You mustn't be ashamed. You're mine now, and we're going to be seen together or with family. That's ok. I want the world to know that I'm yours and Sienna is ours. They haven't told the truth, but when does the news ever tell the truth? Why are you so afraid?" I ask as I stroke her hair.
"I was just scared that you'd be mad about what they said. They accused you of abandoning your child and said you were paying child support to keep us quiet" her eyes look anywhere but me and I immediately know what she's thinking.
"Well they're lying. If Sienna was my child there would be no way I would be ashamed of her. Or you. We'll go out this week, the three of us and if any reporters ask us questions we'll set them straight" her eyes sparkle with hope, admiration and something else I can't identify. Could it be love?
