Rosé POV

— Did Lisa just hit on you? — I ask Jisoo as I watch Jennie's car drive away.

— It's not the first time, but it seems that Jennie didn't like it very much — She says, taking my suitcase inside and I follow her.

— I noticed, I'll ask why later, but now explain to me this thing about Lisa hitting on you

— Well, it's happened a few times, sometimes she gets angry when someone hits on me at meetings or dinner and doesn't even hide it, that's all.

— Have you never kissed?

— No, Rosie. Lisa is quite a womanizer and I would only get involved with her if it was something serious, otherwise the atmosphere at work would be awkward.

— And what's stopping you from having something serious?

— Rosie, I've been working at this company for years, Lisa hasn't dated even once since I met her — He says.

— Well, she seemed interested — I say and Jisoo just nods.

— And the trip?

—Apart from the wine Caroline threw at me, everything was great. Jennie and I spent the day cuddling together and we slept together too, in the end we didn't even need to rent two rooms. We're much closer than before and I'm in love with her and I know I haven't known her for long, but I don't know.

— Jennie stole my friend's heart — Jisoo says laughing and I blush — Jennie is different, smiling but she was rarely like that before, but I still worry about this involvement of yours — I met her father and he found out about us and is going to tell Ashley — I say

— Her brother's wedding is coming up — he says, getting up and going to the kitchen and soon returning with a letter, it was the invitation.

— It looks quite luxurious — I say.

— Just like all the Kim family parties — Say

— It's going to be so weird, her parents are going to be there knowing we have something, all the guests at the engagement party where we said we didn't have anything will think we lied, and I'm scared they won't think I'm good enough for her.

— Jennie won't care what others think, if she likes you she won't give a damn about it. After all, she hates people interfering in her life — He says and I smile.

— I wonder what tomorrow at work will be like? I don't think she'll want to act professionally right now.

— She's the boss, it's not like she's going to fire you for kissing herself — He says and I laugh — I'm going to make popcorn, you should choose something for us to watch

...

I wake up early to the sound of my cell phone ringing, I look and see it was Jennie.

— Jen? Did something happen?

— Not exactly, open the door for me, please — He says and hangs up.

I look at the time and see that it's two in the morning, I hear the doorbell ring twice in a row and I get up, walk to the door and open it. Jennie immediately grabs my waist and hugs me tightly.

— I had a nightmare about you — He whispers

— It was just a bad dream, let's go inside, it's cold — I say and she comes in — I can't believe you crossed the city just because you had a nightmare about me — She laughs and shrugs, I go to the room followed by her

— I think I'm going to start having nightmares every night so I can come to sleep holding you — she jokes and hugs me from behind

— You don't need an excuse for that and you're very clingy, I'm usually like that — I say, letting go of her and sitting on the bed.

— I missed you — He says and I smile

— Why are you wearing a blouse and pants at two in the morning? — I ask.

— Because it's cold outside, I put it on before I came

— And are you going to work wearing those clothes later?

— No, I brought another one, it's in the car — He says and takes off his shirt, leaving him with a top and sweatpants.

Jennie's body looked like it had been sculpted, every curve. She probably didn't work out, but she probably did some exercise.

— You seem to like what you see — He says smiling

— Come to bed soon — I say and she laughs and lies down next to me. I turn off the lamp and feel her arm wrap around my waist, pressing our bodies together.

— Good evening, beautiful — He says.

— Good evening Jen

Hours later

I wake up once more, but now with the sound of the alarm clock. I feel Jennie's arm around me and I try to get out of bed, but she stops me by pulling me closer.

— We have work — I say

— Your boss won't fire you for being late — He says and I laugh

— Let's go, Jen — I say and get up — I'm going to make breakfast, go take a shower and get ready

— Yes ma'am — He says, standing up — Can you go get a bag from the car? My clothes are in there

— I'm going, there's a clean towel over there — I point and leave with the car keys.

After leaving my bag on the bed, I go to the kitchen to make breakfast. I make juice and pancakes. I could have made coffee, but Jennie already drinks a lot of coffee during the day.

I was finishing putting ice in the juice when I felt her arms around me.
I stood in front of her and gave her a little kiss.

— Breakfast is ready and don't you dare refuse, you need to eat properly — I say and she smiles and sits at the table.

— No coffee?— he asks.

— You already drink a lot of coffee during the day — I say

Breakfast was peaceful and then I went to get ready, leaving Jennie there. In less than 15 minutes I was ready.

— We're going to be late — I say as I arrive in the room and she smiles, coming up to me and kissing me.

— You look beautiful — He says and I smile

— You too, can we go now? My boss hates delays — I say and she pats my arm lightly.

— You received the invitation to the wedding, right? — he asks and I say — That's great.

— Has your mother said anything yet?

— Unbelievably, no. Not a single call so far, I'm even finding it strange — We say and laugh.

— The wedding is on Saturday, I don't know what to wear — I say

— If you want, we can go out and buy something.

— Thank you, but I'll ask Jisoo to go with me.

— Why not me? — He asks and I laugh.

— She's my friend, Jen.

— Okay — He says and places his hand on my thigh, caressing the area.
