Chapter 19: Echoes of Valor: The Royal Knights' Legacy

Knight's Training Ground, Royal Navy Dorm
Tribunal POV

I was assign to clean the training ground for the Royal Knights which are the powerful forces within the Royal Navy and you can tell who are the Royal Knights by their color of their uniform which is red. The best knights are the King George V-class battleships which is Prince of Wales, Howe, Duke of York, and King George V herself, but there are some others within the same rank as them; however they're the famous ones. I was cleaning the deck when I can hear noise of swords swinging from the distance so I decide to check it out. I can see King George V training with new recruits at the ground level of using a sword; I decide to see it performance. King George V is one of the most beautiful and powerful kansen in the Royal Navy. She remains me of the other Venators with a strong aura like hers for example the Resolute, but she passed away during the Battle of Sullust when fighting against the CIS, but I still remember serving under her during the Clone Wars. While I was dreaming about the good days of the Republic; I was snap when King George V is poking her finger in my head.

KGV: "Are you alright Tribunal?"

Tribunal(shock): "Sorry about it Lady George. I was thinking about the past. You remind me of someone I worship as a powerful warship."

KGV(happy): "That sounds lovely; can I hear about this warship that is yanking my dear maid's heart."

That makes me blush and we talk about Resolute during our lunch break at the training ground while King George V is observing the rookies continue to train their bodies. She was amaze about how powerful Resolute is and wish she would see her in action and probably want Resolute to join the Knights.

KGV: "She sound like an important person to you."

Tribunal: "She was led by a good leader and she fought difficult battles, but always win at the end."

KGV: "My sisters are always have their own problems like Prince of Wales having trouble with the destroyers because they see her as scary."

Tribunal: "She does have that aura, but I don't blame her for it since she is train as a knight."

KGV: "There's also Monarch who don't show any emotions toward us, but I don't blame her because after all she believe she was forgotten and try to keep her distance."

That sounds sad, but I probably have the same emotions if that happen to me; I can see Wales, York, and Howe talking to each other from the other side of the ground which King George V wave at them which they decide to rejoin to talk more while I continue working on the ground.

Tribunal POV

I finish cleaning up the Knight's Training Ground and now start making food until I notice Prince of Wales working on something so I decide to talk with her.

Tribunal(bow): "Greeting Lady Wales."

PW: "Hello Tribunal; sorry if I'm in your way. I'm just making food for my sisters."

Tribunal: "That's okay; you finish training?"

Wales nod and made a couple of plates of meat including some muffins as dessert while I'm making a good parfait that I found online and want to plan to make them for Akagi, Mother, and Amagi. Wales left the kitchen, but it didn't take long when King George V arrive which I'm confuse because I thought Wales is making dinner for her as well.

Tribunal: "Lady George; what brings you here? I thought Wales finish making food for you?"

KGV: "Yea, but she forgot the wine."

She open the fridge and bring out a fresh wine before heading out  until she stop and talk to me.

KGV: "I hope we talk again."

Tribunal: "You know where to find and I know where to find you."

We both smile and I continue to make the parfaits before it was time for me to head out and enjoy with the family.

Sakura Dorm, Azur Lane
Tribunal POV

I was able to get home with the parfaits that I made for everyone because tomorrow is the meeting from the leadership and our wedding will be announce the next day after the meeting and I can see Amagi is planning some events after the wedding and my wedding dress is ready to go. Akagi and Mother is playing Shogi so I decide to put the parfaits on the table so I don't disturb their play. I can see Akagi is winning the game while Mother has that anger look on her face until the game is over which result of Akagi winning, but she is no match against Amagi like usual. I hand the parfaits to everyone while we relax on the porch and watch the sun setting in.

Amagi: "Tomorrow is the meeting and the next day is your wedding."

I nod and I can see Mother showing tears in her eyes.

Kaga(crying): "If that bastard ever hurt her than I will hunt him down across the world."

Tribunal: "I doubt he would do that, but thank you for thinking about me."

Amagi(crying): "Not only that, but you be moving out of the dorm."

That's right; after our wedding... We're going to our new home that was built outside of the base, but close enough for work which is a Sakura traditional house with a mixture of the Eagle Union to it. Got enough for having children and have our own garden at the center of the building. I'm looking forward to it.
