The next day, the hospital room was filled with excitement as Kayli and Trevon's friends and family arrived to visit baby Saylor. Anita was the first to walk in, her face glowing with pride as she laid eyes on her granddaughter for the first time.

"Oh my goodness, she's absolutely beautiful," Anita said softly, tears filling her eyes as she gently took Saylor into her arms. "She looks just like her mama."

Trevon beamed with pride, his arm wrapped around Kayli's shoulders. He hadn't stopped smiling since Saylor's birth, and the sight of his mother holding his daughter only deepened the overwhelming love he felt.

"She's perfect," Trevon said, watching Anita cradle Saylor with such care.

Moments later, Syncere, Miracle, Casada, and Terry entered the room, their faces full of joy and excitement. They approached the hospital bed with cautious enthusiasm, eager to meet the newest member of the group.

"Look at this my niece," Syncere said, grinning from ear to ear as he leaned down to get a closer look at Saylor, who was nestled in Anita's arms. "She's already takin' after her parents."

Miracle smiled brightly, her eyes twinkling as she stood beside Kayli, gently resting a hand on her friend's shoulder. "She's beautiful, Kay. I'm so happy for you both."

Casada and Terry stood by, exchanging proud glances with Trevon, who couldn't hide the joy radiating from him. "Man, you did good, Trev. She's a blessing," Terry said, clapping Trevon on the back.

The room was full of warmth and love, everyone taking turns admiring and holding little Saylor, their laughter and excitement filling the space. Kayli sat back, watching the scene unfold, trying to soak in the joy she felt. But as she did, a dull ache began to creep through her body. It started as a slight discomfort, but it quickly intensified into something deeper, making her feel weak and uneasy.

Kayli shifted in bed, trying to brush off the sensation. She didn't want to worry anyone, especially on such a happy day. But as the minutes passed, the pain in her abdomen grew worse, and she felt a sudden wave of nausea wash over her.

Trevon, who was familiar with Kayli's emotions, noticed the change in her expression immediately. He placed a hand on her arm, his brow furrowing with concern. "Kay, you good?"

Kayli forced a smile, trying to keep her voice steady. "I'm okay... just feeling a little off. Maybe it's just the exhaustion catching up with me."

But Trevon wasn't convinced. He knew Kayli better than anyone, and the look in her eyes told him something was wrong. He glanced around the room at their friends and family, the joyful energy in the room continuing as they doted on Saylor.

Anita, still holding her granddaughter, caught sight of Kayli's pale face and frowned. "Sweetheart, you don't look so good. Are you sure you're alright?"

Kayli opened her mouth to respond, but the nausea hit her hard, making her head spin. She clutched her stomach, wincing as the pain intensified. "I don't feel... I don't feel right," she admitted, her voice shaky as she leaned back against the pillows.

The room went silent as everyone turned toward her, their excitement shifting to concern.

Miracle stepped forward, her eyes wide with worry. "Kayli, do you need me to get the nurse?"

Before Kayli could respond, Trevon was already at the door, calling for the nurse in a voice laced with urgency. "We need some help in here!"

Within moments, a nurse rushed into the room, her face serious as she quickly assessed the situation. "Kayli, where are you feeling the pain?" she asked, gently touching Kayli's arm.
