The car finally came to a stop. Maggie and I stared at the picture for what felt like forever. Neither one of us said a word we just stared, completely speechless. Could this really mean Daryl's my father? Or does it just mean he knew my mom?

"What are you guys staring at?" Carl asked. I quickly shut the locket confusing Carl completely.

"Oh, nothing." I told him. I quickly put the gold locket back around my neck. Carl gave me a confused look but reluctantly let it go. I watched as Glenn and Tyreese got out of the car, Carl got out after them. Maggie looked at me, she seemed unsure whether she should comment on the lockets contents or not.

"What does this mean?" She whispered. I honestly wish I could tell her what it means but I honestly don't understand it myself.

"I don't know." I told her truthfully. She nodded her head to tell me she understands. "Can we just keep this between us until I figure it out?" I asked. She nodded her head again.

"Of course, sweetie." She told me. She opened the car door and jumped out. I took a deep breath and followed behind her. I looked around, we were parked on the side of the street. A few houses lined up around us. The grass was high and you could see where the paint was chipping on each of the houses.

"Okay, Maggie and I will search together, Tyreese and Daryl, and Carl and Ava." No splitting up we don't know how many walkers are here." Glenn spoke. He spoke confidently, like a leader would.

"We can't have the two kids go together somethin' could happen!" Maggie exclaimed, worry clear in her southern accent. I watched as Carl rolled his eyes at Maggie calling him a kid. In the past week that I've been at the prison I've realized Carl hates to be called a child, but he is and so am I.

"We aren't kids, we can take care of ourselves." Carl stated. I rolled my eyes at Carl this time making him give me a weird look.

"Carl I know you hate being called a kid but it's time to face the facts, you are a kid and so am I. Maggie just doesn't want anything to happen to us." I told him, defending Maggie. I looked at her and she was smiling at me. Carl can really have an attitude at times and everyone knows it. Maybe if he didn't act like a child no one would treat him like one. Carl gave me a dirty look. I know he's not going to be happy I didn't back him up but I honestly don't care.

"So, it's settled, I'll go with Ava and Glenn go with Carl." Maggie said.

"Okay just be careful okay?" Glenn asked looking a Maggie. They are so cute together, the way he cares so much about her is just so adorable. Maggie walked up to him and gave him a brief kiss on the lips.

"I will, I love you."

"I love you too." Glenn said.

"It's like a damn romance novel, let's go." Daryl said, walking away. Everyone laughed at Daryl's reaction. We all broke away in search of anything we could use, water, food, clothes, and baby food for Judith.

"Maybe we should look in this house." I said pointing to a house with a swing set in the front yard.

"Good idea." Maggie said following me up the driveway. I was about to open the door when Maggie stopped me. "I should do it." Maggie told me as she reached for the door handle. "Just stay out here okay? I'll tell you when it's safe to come in."

"Maggie, I've been alone with just my brothers for about a year. Anything behind that door I can handle." Maggie nodded her head and opened the door, I followed close behind her. I knocked on the wall loudly.
