(Barry, Waylon)

Barry: Hello, Waylon. Nice to see you again. What's up for discussion today?

Waylon: Well, I wanted to discuss how the school should be ran while under the trust. We have specific behaviour policies, bursaries for both students and staff, and as of next term, there will be possible changes to the staff.

Barry: Changes to the staff?

Waylon: You know, moving staff about to put them in schools where they'll thrive. Like Rosie Callaghan for example. She's been at Garden View for a few decades now, though I see her thriving in a more relaxed environment like the Bolton Academy, or perhaps Quayside. Or perhaps Elise Johnson, NQT, struggling to find her feet at Garden View, would be better suited to Quayside or elsewhere, or another example Sarah West, a very stern teacher in comparison to what we need at her current slot at Quayside, but would absolutely be a better fit at Garden View. The list goes on, but I can only move forward with that with your permission, which also brings me onto student changes. There are a few students who would do well at Garden View, who are struggling in their current places, and vice versa.

Barry: Of course I consent to anything the trust thinks is ideal, but which students do you think don't belong at Garden View?

Waylon: Ruby Heron, for example. Bright girl, but falling in with the wrong crowd. Or maybe Max Jones. Again, the boy has potential but it's wasted as long as he's around Ryan. Another example of siblings not belonging at the same school, Noah Radcliffe. Or if you want an example of someone falling into the wrong crowds, Harvey Pearce.

Barry: I suppose that list can be a work in progress between us.

Waylon: Times ticking, remember that.

Barry: I'm fully aware.

Barry's phone rings.

Barry: Excuse me a moment.

A few moments later.

Barry: That was Elise, I've got to go. There's been a riot or something, and Henry's apparently gave 8 students a 'trust exclusion'.

Waylon: Alright, I'll come with you, but let me introduce you to your new Head of IT, and all three of us can head back.

Enter Tracey.

Waylon: Barry, meet Tracey Edwards. Tracey, this is your new head teacher, Barry Newall.

Barry: Nice to meet you, and sorry to rush you, but we'd best be on our way before Garden View is but a memory.

Tracey: Nice to meet you too.
