INT: Barry's Office 10:00 Tue

(Barry, Waylon, Kate, Harvey, Tyler, Ryan)

Barry: Right, so am I right in saying you lot have been issued trust exclusions?

The students roll their eyes.

Harvey: Yeah, we have!

Barry: Right. You'll all spend from tomorrow until Friday at Bolton Academy, that's final, and for the rest of today-

Waylon: You'll spend the rest of today writing apology letters.

Harvey: Why should we apologise? We're in the right.

Waylon: What was the riot you started about?

Tyler: It was a protest, actually, and we were protesting against the use of dead people as examples during an assembly about safe driving.

Waylon: You were right to express your emotions on that, but there are better ways than marching against the system.

Harvey: Teachers didn't listen to us even before we stormed out.

Waylon: Which teacher is that?

Ryan: Miss Windsor the little rat.

Waylon: Watch your tongue, and I'll speak to Miss Windsor, and you're all free to spend the rest of your week here.

The students leave, and Waylon cracks his neck.

Waylon: Radio Kate, tell her I want her here.

Barry: (through radio) Mr. Newall to Miss Windsor, please make your way to my office.

A few moments later.

Kate: How can I help.

Waylon: Sit down. We need to talk.

Kate: Yes?

Waylon: This morning's situation was very badly mishandled, and I'm lead to believe you caused said misunderstanding. I can't let this one go. That's your first strike. Three of them, and you're out.

Kate: I understand.

Waylon: Good.
