(Maryann, Maisey, Henry, Waylon, Leanne, Lisa, Barry)

Maryann: Sorry, love, but I just haven't got it. I get paid on Friday, can you survive until then?

Maisey: Yeah, fine.

Exit Maisey, Enter Henry and Waylon.

Henry: This is our canteen, and our head chef, Maryann. Maryann, this is Waylon, he's-

Waylon: I'm a friend of Henry's, and I'm going to be covering a few lessons.

Maryann: Pleasure to meet you, any of your food needs can be brought to me. Not to blow my own foghorn but I'd give Jamie Oliver a run for his money.

Waylon: Fair play to you. In that case, I'm sure I could give Terry Deary a run for his historical knowledge.

Henry: You're both very confident, but I don't doubt either of you for a second. Alright, let's go, there's a few more people I want you to meet.

Enter Leanne.

Leanne: Good Morning to the three of you. I can't say we've met. Leanne Thorpe, head.

Waylon: I've heard enough about you, though. Waylon Hamilton, head of Pankhurst Academies Trust.

Henry: Waylon?

Waylon: You might want to sit about and wait, Henry, but I'm eager to catch the nest before it falls.

Leanne: What on earth do you... you snake, Henry Cooper! You lying snake! I trusted you to keep our financial problems private and you couldn't even do that? Get out! Both of you!

Enter Lisa and Barry.

Lisa: Is everything okay?

Leanne (in tears): No! That lying dolt told a trust about us not being able to afford what I want.

Barry: What you want? I'm sorry, are you saying you didn't consult your senior team properly before running to the governors?

Leanne: I'm staying head of this place no matter what it takes. And none of you are going to stop me.

Exit Leanne and Lisa.

Henry: She is so up herself it's unbelievable.

Waylon: You have a point about one thing. She's not fit to be a head teacher.
