Fiona: Alright. What do you three want to do with the school? I bet you don't hear that question a lot, so I'm starting with it.

Henry: More efficient approaches to tackle vaping and fighting, our two main problems.

Barry: A more functional IT suite. It's hard to teach IT lessons when half of the computers don't work.

Lisa: More pastoral resources, and a deputy DSL.

Fiona: Well, this can all be easily fixed. Henry, you're now in charge of the school's behavioural issues, do what needs must. Barry, your computer suite can be fixed up in no time with the backing of the trust, and Lisa, I've done some background checks on Kate, as I have with other staff seen commonly in these quarters before I got here, and she's a good background in safeguarding. If you want I can speak to her.

Barry, Henry, and Lisa nodded in appreciation.

Fiona: If that be all, I'll tell you what I want. The backing of a loyal senior staff team, including when you write my report in a weeks time. Aye?
