Namjoon's ending

Isla sighed as she sat in the library, her eyes fixed on the entrance door, looking for a person she desperately wants to meet. "Ugh, just show up already" her voice filled with eager. She kept patting her feet, not even caring how much noisy it's getting, the librarian just sighed, knowing she won't listen to him.

Namjoon chuckled at her, he had been watching her since so long, hiding behind a shelf, finding her eagerness cute. "How can someone be so adorable" he whispered to himself. Her ears perked and she turned around, but he immediately hides. She raised her eyebrows before turning her gaze back at the door, still thinking he will come soon.

He decided to come out. While she was still busy in watching the door, he came and sat in front of her. Seeing that she didn't notice him yet, he cleared his throat. Her jaw dropped as she saw him in front of her. She stood up, "seriously? I have been waiting for you and you just... Wow!" He giggled at her sarcasm.

"I just what?" His tone was nonchalant. She looked at him in disbelief and sat on her seat again, leaning back and looking away. He chuckled softly, leaned forwards, resting his chin on his hands as he took in her face. "You look adorable when you are angry" he said, she pouted, trying to hide her shyness. "I-i am not adorable. Shut up! Stop trying to flatter me" she again looked away. He again chuckled and kept admiring her before getting up.

"Do you find it funny?" He stepped closer, the distance between them shrinking, and she could feel the warmth radiating from his presence. "I tease you because I enjoy every second I spend with you. Your reactions are the highlight of my day," he confessed, sincerity etched into his features. Isla's breath hitched as she felt the gravity of his words. "Really?" she whispered, her voice barely audible. The air was charged with an unspoken tension, and she could see the flicker of emotions dancing in his eyes. "Really," he affirmed, taking another step closer, his gaze unwavering.

She watched him but didn't say anything until her eyes popped out. "W-wh-what are you doing???" He got on his knees and held his ears, "I am sorry" she was surprised, she wasn't expecting him to apologize. "Why...are you sorry?" He chuckled softly, "I teased you.. you were waiting for so long for me, yet I kept hiding because I was stealing glances of you" he winked at her playfully and she blushed, still trying to compose herself.

"And I think it's time I stopped hiding." The playful demeanor faded, replaced by something deeper, something that made her heart skip a beat.

Without thinking, Isla reached out and gently touched his arm, grounding herself in this moment.

"So, what does that mean?" she asked, her voice steadier now, infused with a mix of hope and uncertainty. Namjoon took a deep breath, his gaze softening as he looked into her eyes.

"It means that I want to be more than just friends. I want to be someone you can rely on, someone who can make you smile—someone who can be yours, if you'll have me."

The sincerity in his words wrapped around her heart like a warm embrace, and before she could respond, he leaned in closer, his hand brushing against her cheek.

"May I?" he asked, his voice a gentle murmur. Isla nodded, her heart racing in anticipation. As he leaned in and captured her lips with his, the world around them faded completely. It was soft and sweet, a tentative exploration that quickly ignited into something more passionate.

The kiss spoke volumes—of unspoken feelings, of moments lost and found, and of the promise of what could be. As they pulled away, breathless, Isla's cheeks flushed with happiness. "Wow," she breathed, a smile breaking across her face. "That was... amazing."

Namjoon beamed, his eyes sparkling with delight. "I've been waiting for that moment, too."
