Fell In Love Twice

Colby's POV:

Me and Y/n, my girlfriend, out, walking around at night when a car going over the speed limit turned a sharp corner. It started to come straight to me and before i could do anything, Y/n pushed me out of the way... taking the hit herself... 

I watched as she was thrown a good 30 feet before hitting the ground, unconscious. I got up quickly got my phone out, calling 911. Ambulances came and took Y/n to the hospital. Of course, i road along. They took Y/n in, and a doctor came in my in the waiting room a bit later.

"Who are you to Y/n?"

"I'm her boyfriend. Is she going to be ok?"

I said panicked. The doctor sighed.

"We have to take her for emergency surgery brain surgery. The hit really got to her head. Just prepare for anything."

He said before leaving. I waited, and waited, and waited in the waiting room for hours. I eventually fell asleep in a chair there but I stayed all night till the doctor came to me finally after nearly 10 hours of waiting.

"Mr. Brock?"

I awoke hearing him say my name and jumped up.

"Can i see her?"

He shook is head. 

"She just got out of surgery. She won't be awake for a while, but she is at least alive."

I sighed in a little relief knowing she's alive. 

I stayed sitting in the waiting room for 3 more hours till the doctor came and told me she's awake and ready for visitors. I went to hug the doctor, but he stopped me. 

"I have something to tell you."

"What is it?"

I asked concerned.

"Sir... She lost her memory. She can't remember anything, so she won't recognize you."

"Can i still see her?"

He nodded. 

I went to the bathroom first and wiped the tears from my face and fix my shaggy hair before going in her room. Y/n, my hero, looked so beautiful when i saw her like she always has. She looked up at me in her dazed state.

"You're weird looking."

I sat in the chair next to her bed. She lifted her hand and tapped my nose.

"But you're cute. I think i like you."

She starred at me, amazed. I decided to try my luck and kiss her. I pecked her lips gently and when i pulled away, her jaw dropped, and her eyes went wide.

"This cute guy kissed me!"

She shouted happily.

I kissed her again while smiling and her world practically exploded.

"You're making me blush!"

She shouted again.

I'm falling for her all over again...
