chp. 11

The weekend passed by very fast... too fast for my liking. We hung out with BVB all weekend long, right now now it's Sunday night and I'm getting some supplies to clean my wound on my thigh before going to bed cuz I have school in the morning.
Standingin my bathroom, fully equipped with clean gauze,peroxide and scissors. It wasn't til after I cut the gauze that was wrapped around my thigh that I quickly realized..... my stitches are entangled in the gauze that covered my wound. I believe that I'm gonna need help with getting this gauze off. Walking out of the bathroom wearing black sleep shorts and a black spaghetti strap tank top. I limped out of my bathroom and to the stairs. I stood at the top of the stairs, the guys look busy but I need help.

"Umm...guys?... I need help getting this bandage off... my stitches are entangled in it and it hurts..." I stumbled with my words. I really don't like asking for help.

Before I can finish my request for help I see Andy, Frank and CC jump up and followed me to my room.
Frank kneeled down in front of me and Andy held me close to his chest with his arms wrapped around my torso whilst CC sat on my bed with my cleaning supplies i got out. It took a bit to pry off the bandage from my stitches, when we succeeded getting it off I just about collapsed in pain in Andy's arms.
I tried my best to not scream or yell out in pain so I just out my hand over my mouth to muffle any sounds.

"Lexi, are you ok?" CC asked worried about me.
"Mmhmm." I hummed saying 'yes' , but shook my head 'no'.
"Are you sure?" Frank asked looking up at me.
"Uh uh." I answered saying 'no',but nodded my head 'yes'.

My breathing became shallow as the pain consumed my leg. It honestly felt like it was on fire and I couldn't think of anything, my mind went completely blank...music...music will help calm me down.... now I just need my remote to turn on my cd player.

"CC.... the remote on my table right next to you... please turn on my cd player, please." My request came out rushed.

CC grabbed my remote and turned on my cd player and Within Temptation 'Final Destination' (a/n: I really love this band! If you never heard of them please check them out they are amazing.) filled my room with heavy riffs and Sharon Den Adel's beautiful voice. I began to relax in Andy's embrace. Before I knew it my wound was redressed and Frankie leaned back announcing that it's all done.

"All done, Lexi. No more pain." Frank cupped my cheeks with his hands leaning his forehead against mine then kissed the tip of my nose.
"Who is this band that's playing?" CC asked staring at my cd player.
"It's Within Temptation, their from the Netherlands." I said to them.
"They sound great." Andy said. "I like their sound."
"I kno their amazing live." I was happy that the like one of my favorite bands from Europe.
"Lexi you need to get to bed, you have school tomorrow." Andy nudged me to my bed.

I sat down next to CC. Fear weighed heavily on me at the thought that I still have no choice, but to go and face my bullies again. Who knows what they'll do this time to me. I frowned at the unknown.

"Lexi what's wrong?" CC sounded really worried about me.

I kno that if I told them that I'm deadly scared about tomorrow, all they'll do is worry.

"Nothing, I'll be fine.... night guys." I said grimly.
"Ok.... good night Doll, sweet dreams." Frank kissed my head.
"Night sweetie, we'll see you in the morning." Andy kissed my head too.
Frank and Andy then walked out of my room leaving me and CC alone. We sat on my bed in silence.

"I kno that your worried about tomorrow and honestly.... so are we. We don't want those boys hurting you anymore." CC broke the silence.
"It not that I'm worried about tomorrow.... cuz I am.... I'm petrified at what they'd try to do.... I can't run, I'm vulnerable, I won't be able to defend myself.... I'm a sitting duck.... and I-I-I don't know what to do." I sighed. My head down looking at my suddenly - interesting hands chipping at my nail polish. "I'm scared CC.... I'm really scared." I looked up at him. CC saw the fear in my eyes and pulled me into a tight comforting hug.

"Come here kiddo, we'll protect you, I promise. You'll be ok." CC tried to reassure me.
"I wish I could believe that, CC. No one can protect me at school." I sniffed.
"Kiddo, if you think that something is gonna happen tomorrow, text one of us and we'll be there for you, alright. How does that sound, kid?" CC asked me.
"Ok." I nodded a little.
"We'll cone up with a code word or something so that we kno that it's an emergency." CC kinda came up with a plan. "For now, you need to get some rest."
"Ok, thanks CC, your the best." I smiled up at him and he kissed my head.
"Yea, I kno I'm the beat, haha. Good night kiddo." CC got up and tucked me in. "Sweet dreams."
"Good night CC, tell the guys I say good night to them, please."
"Alright, I will. See you in the morning. "

CC then left my room and I turned on my cd player with the volume on low but still loud enough to hear. I closed my eyes and went to sleep.

~☆~ Downstairs POV ~☆~
All the guys watched Andy, Frank and CC walk upstairs to help Lexi. As soon as they heard her bedroom door shut Gerard turned to the others.
"We need a party theme." Gerard said to the guys.
"Halloween." Ashley said.
"Ok... that was easy." Ray laughed.
"So why are you throwing Lexi a party on Frank's birthday?" Jinxx asked again.
"We already told you.... Lexi doesn't celebrate her birthday anymore cuz her parents died on her birthday. So we're gonna throw her a party on Frank's bday cuz their only 4 days apart, so technically were not doing it on her exact bday. Frank already agreed and now what we have to do is plan it, get her presents and make sure it stays a surprise." Gerard elaborated.

After a while Andy and Frank came down and joined us in the living room.
"How's Lexi doing?" Ray asked them.
"She's doing ok, but.... I think she's worried about school."Andy said grimly.
"Yea, we all are." Gerard agreed.

CC came down stairs after a few minutes. CC paused when he reached the last step it took him a moment to speak.
"What are we gonna do about tomorrow? Lexi is petrified of what they might do next. She is too vulnerable. She can't run away, she'll be a sitting duck. She admitted that she is worried and do scared. I tried to reassure her that we'll protect her, but she doesn't believe me." CC said to everyone.
"So.... what do you think we should do?" Jake asked. "We can't follow her around school. We'd be the creepy older guys." (Lol that's funny right there.)
"I told her to text us a code word so that we kno it's an emergency and she needs help." CC suggested.
"That's a good idea... what should be a safe word? Something short and easy to remember." Ray pondered.
"How about 'SOS'.... it's short and easy to remember." Ashley suggested and everyone agreed.
It was getting very late so everyone decided to go to bed.
